The blandest Chinese food I’ve ever had. The lady was nice. But the food was not good. I will definitely not be coming back here. I should have looked at the reviews but I had a friend recommend this place. I wonder if my friend is dead inside.

It’s a lottery den. I’ve only gotten takeout a couple times and it was really disappointing. Sweet and sour chicken is pretty easy not to screw up.

Beware! This place previously was rated ~2 stars, one of the worst ratings I’ve ever seen. Despite that I ate here 8 years ago to give it a shot and would never go again. It’s a video lottery place that just so happens to also have food. They got ALL their reviews wiped and started clean. They didn’t go out of business, change the menu, remodel or get new owners - must have hired some service to rehab their reviews. I wish it was good as there’s no other real restaurants in the shopping area across the street and despite it being so close I still don’t go.

Small hole in the wall place. The kind you see and you know it’s either going to be great or something you’ll regret. Unfortunately it fell flat for us. Price was ok for the amount of food you get, but the food was lacking flavor. Gave it two starts because it was something we finished but didn’t enjoy.

I ordered chow mein, fried rice, and sweet & sour pork. I literally spit out every bite I took, and I tried to pick around hoping I just got a bad bite. I ended up throwing everything away (and I hate wasting food). The flavor and texture of everything was completely off.
The lovely cashier was very kind. Maybe I'm not ordering the best on the menu here, and that is the issue, but the food is definitely not for me so I won't be spending my food budget here again.

I have been going to Chan's for the past few months with my partner. We usually sit in the bar area side of the restaurant. Upon entering, there is a strong smell of mothballs which can be overwhelming, to say the least, but I guess you get used to it over time. A lot of the furniture is worn down and chairs can be wobbly. Some patrons bring in their dogs that are clearly not service animals and employees seem to not say anything. I have witnessed one of the employees being extremely rude and using profanity at a customer when their food was prepared wrong. If I have learned anything, some of the employees and management are not open to feedback even when they are in the wrong. Speaking of management... They introduced a new menu (as of this week) and I regret not taking a picture, but I was so caught off-guard by how extremely small the font is. The names of the dishes are somewhat readable, but if you want to read the descriptions or the legend in the bottom right corner of the menu... Good luck! I highly suggest bringing a magnifying glass or using the magnifier app on your phone. For reference, if you were to minimize the size of this page down to 50% (by pressing the CTRL key and scrolling down with your mouse wheel), that's about how small the font is. Now we get to the prices. I was so shocked by the price increase with the debut of this unreadable menu, that I was hesitant to order a meal. The quality of the food is mediocre at best, and now that they have inflated the prices I cannot say that it's worth the visit. They have also decided to bloat the menu even more with new dishes like lettuce wraps that will set you back $16. The menu is unreadable, bloated, and chaotic. The only thing that keeps bringing me back is Wednesday night trivia which actually has nothing to do with Chan's as the hosts of trivia are not employed by the restaurant/bar. On a positive note, the bartenders are polite and attentive which creates a more enjoyable experience.

My wife and I tried Chang’s for the first time today - I am an Asian man that loves his Asian foods - there are 3 things I look and cost is the last- #1 Taste & Portion is together Taste is excellent I got the Beef broccolini and S.S chicken very very tasty and the portions were perfect; I’m a big boy 5’7 220 so it needs to be filling #2 costumer serves & speed together Peter & Elaine are original owners and cooks since the 80’s -English names with pure Asian roots fear not real Asian cooks - Speed was what I expected from what felt and tasted freshly made not to long and not to quick as to know that I know it was hot plated in a microwave. - and cost my meal including my wife’s cane to $25.00. Let’s be honest you can’t get that kind of meal at McDonald’s these days and be under $25.00 - I will be back and no I’m not a family member lol I live 5 mins away and we had a quick lunch date - we were very surprised

Ordered online, driver could not find my place, had to call bank and Grub Hub, I was stupid enough to order again, I was charged 3 times, and the food was lousy! I have been sick all day , at one point I considered going to the emergency room. Terrible food, terrible service, worse of all food will make you sick. Will contact BBB and the state. They need to be shut down,
