They'll just not fulfill over half your order on a weeknight. They don't close for another hour as of writing this review. Scallion pancakes and the whole combo were missing. Really, not a single item from the combo? Only potstickers and soup, oh and they won't tell you until you get it. You have to refund it yourself. First time and won't be going again. Plenty of other options around.

Restaurant is being renovated, and dining has been moved to the bar. Hopefully, service & food will return to what we have come to expect. Today was disappointing.

It was very dark in the restaurant area. We had our 2 kids and then our friends came with there child. The waitress was very unfriendly and rude. She kept rolling her eyes when we would ask questions. And then after we ordered and our food was coming out then instead of asking if she could take some of our plates out of the way she told us to move them and didn't care if it was the person's food she was putting down in front of. We had to switch our plates around cause she could wait for us to move things around and make room. The food was semi warm. I wouldnt say hot at all. The general toas was SWEET no spicy at all. Very disappointed. The rice was ok. The noodles was no flavorful. The lettuce wraps were decent. Hence why I gave the food 2 stars to be nice.

We used to love going here. It used to have the best food in town. However, over the last year or so it's changed. On Christmas Eve we ordered just like we have every year, and this year it was awful. Super small portion and it was flavorless. I don't know what happened. So very disappointing.

More expensive than our usual spot. We thought we'd try something new, it's $18 for orange chicken that's dry and soggy. Spent $70 here on food my kids won't eat. Noodles, fries rice is bland. Fried shrimp is soft. Charged us for sauces, and didn't give any soy sauce, chopsticks, napkins, cookies. We shouldn't known it wasn't going to be good with the attitude of the host, but we figured it was just an off day. Never never again. Please don't spend your money here.

I have lived in Milwaukee CLACKAMAS area for many years since 1977. I am a senior citizen I live in the town of historic MILWAUKIE historic! I Often order at from CHANS's restaurant or do a takeout sometimes as the years have gone by I also, have went are you here you're doing greato lunch or dinner or taking my friends to the bar. eat sometimes go to the bar and have a drink. I live within walking distance of the restaurant. Now there was a passing in the family that owns the restaurant so I from my understanding the sun or the daughter or both took over the restaurant the handling everything about the restaurant I normally will have fun and order their special which is a steak prawns ribs which comes to $41 now. I am very disappointed. I realize everybody wants to make money especially what the pandemic and all we've been through. But this takes her you don't get vegetables anymore with the dinner they rush you off the phone especially the girl that works there I think it's the daughter of the family. a little fun in the bar but seems to me it's a little overpriced I can remember ordering that same dinner and it was $25 and went up to $35 now it's $41 and no vegetables. And then they didn't even know how to cook a steak properly . So I'm gonna tell you I'm gonna give them about five because I am so disappointed in the family owned restaurant that always has been so good to their customers and now with the passing of the family member the kids have handled it and they are not at all like the way it should be done! $41 for specialty dinner and the steak is similar to this I'm sorry Sherry's restaurant steak which is a flat steak with no flavor and so thin! Steak was cooked but burned, made everything else on the plate smell and taste burned. 1 waitress spent all her time being loud and talking to her load friends at a table, when I asked to be moved to someplace quieter I was moved 1 table away and it was dirty and sticky. Waitstaff and kitchen crew were out eating in the front of house while my food was cooking.
