Chipotle Mexican Grill

Both the food selections and the service are excellent, with minimal wait time. Our food was hot and delicious and very affordable. This time we were specifically wanting the limited time offer of carna asada.

I have been a long loyal chipotle fan, but their prices have gotten ridiculous. $45 for three bowls and a kids meal without even any drinks? That’s crazy.

Chips were not cooked and staled. Sucks the bar has been set so low for Chipotle

Made it all the way home with our take out order before realizing we got our large order of chips (sad amount of chips and stale chips) and none of the chips that come with our kids meals AND the root beer tastes awful- there isn't enough syrup in it. So 2 kids meals had no chips and essentially no drink because we had to throw away the disgusting sodas.

Had a difficult day, spent $40 on my boyfriend and I to have a filling tasty meal. Somehow everything was cold, despite the driver getting to our house within 5 minutes of pickup. The Queso was thick and not melted. 10 dollars on chips and queso.. The chips were awful. Somehow they were literally super stale, and soggy at the same time. I’m talking like, the chips were floppy and wet? Some of them were so salty i almost had to spit them out. While others had no flavor at all. Not worth, sad and down 50ish dollars. Oh, spent 5 dollars on a single bottle of coke, and they couldn’t even be bothered to refrigerate it? Embarrassing regardless of prices.

You're hungry, it's late, and this will do. That's Chipotles business model, they do it better than anyone else, and it works. Shout-out to the staff making it all happen!

Customer service was amazing. The food was fresh but the Carne Asada was probably the nastiest Carne Asada I’ve ever had. Extremely disappointed it’s an up charge. It was a 20+ dollar burrito.

They give the smallest portions possible. Even though we live 5 minutes from this location we try to avoid going here due to terrible costumer service and paying full price for 25% service of a regular bowl

Couldn't eat the food. Our online order was incorrect and couldn't get ahold of a person to get a refund since I didn't want to drive 20 minutes back to the store. Calling and online only gave me a free drink and never put me through to a person to talk with.

Great food and portions, came when it wasn’t so busy. Staff are chill too

Be great if you could order steak here and not get gristle you have to spit out of your mouth. Be a real restaurant and have basic standards about trimming meat.

This Chipotle is hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any restaurant. All I asked was for my quesadilla sides to be put in a bowl instead of the flimsy little divided tray they come with. That’s it. A simple, reasonable request. But instead of showing an ounce of customer service, the staff flat-out refused. They acted like putting food into a bowl was some impossible task, like I was asking them to reinvent the menu.
