Ordered online and picked up using Chipotle Lane. Upon opening my bowl, I was disappointed to find a very small amount of meat, especially considering I paid extra for Smoked Brisket. The meat chunks were also quite small. A bit frustrating to pay a premium for such a meager portion.

I order a lot thru the chipotle app itself. This location has never once gotten my order right and I order the same burrito every time. The protein, sofritas, is entirely missing or there are additional ingredients I did not request, making the burrito unbeatable. Do better.

I’ve tried it again after bad experiences when they first opened and it hasn’t improved. The staff couldn’t care less - sloppy on the bowls and totally unfriendly. All I can say is the management still hasn’t figured it out. Food prep is dirty and old. I doubt very much that I will go here again. Very disappointing and the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to...

The worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I’ve tried them 4 times now and it’s horrible every single time.

Every. Single. Time. My order is wrong every single time we order from this location. There has been multiple time that the fajitas were completely raw, I’ve been handed a cold burrito through and through, and this time I specifically did NOT order fajitas in my sofritas burrito, but instead got fajitas and no sofritas. When you try to call to speak to someone, you get the bs automated line telling you to email the customer support team. I just want a decent burrito, and this location isn’t it.

Overall not bad, really good for a brand new location. Nice staff.

I must say, I’m disappointed in this chipotle. The last three times we’ve been in the chips have been chewy and this evening, the guacamole was way way way too salty. The entrees have been pretty good though, but, I will be returning to the Rigoberto’s up the street from now on.

This is by far my least favorite Chipotle. I WILL give them a pat on the back for improving on their cleanliness! However, I’m not exactly sure how they’re getting away with their food cost reports?!? I UNDERSTAND portion control, I’ve managed in the food industry. But what this store is doing is robbing people. They are severely under portioning. On top of that, the customer service is extremely minimal and most of the time the young employees are unfriendly and downright rude.
I will no longer be a patron of this location. I’ll go out of my way to give my business to another location who operates under different management and with better morals!

The portion size is by far the smallest of any location I've been to. I have been to all of the Portland area locations. The food is good. All Chipotles are super dirty, that's a given.
