The Garlic Purple Amaranth was a dish of flavorful greens. The Buddha's Purse dumplings were filled with peanuts and shallots. I liked the Curried Green Peas Claypot, but wish it included more tofu. Even though the Pan-Seared Chive and Mushroom Buns were somewhat bland, I enjoyed their fluffiness. However, I did not like the consistency of the Peanut and Coconut Mochi. It was served warm, so it was extra sticky.

The food here is delicious, and the tea is one-of-a-kind. This place is perfect for a lunch date. Highly, highly recommend.

We truly enjoyed Cloud Pine. I tried the Jade Dumplings 🥟 and Steamed Veggie Buns for my meal. Everything was delicious. For dessert I really loved the coconut mochi! Updated from previous review on 2024-05-18

Everyone in our party of six enjoyed everything we had- the three different teas and chefs choices for our meal. This restaurant is a must try. And the service is excellent.

My friends and I always show up and come up with scenarios on how far we'd go to eat the food. The consensus is: pretty far. It's the best place in Milwaukie, and I'm so glad we got to experience it together. Making sweet food memories!

I LOVE this restaurant! They have such amazing, mouth-watering, and unique food! It is so fun to try new flavors and dishes each season. I love all the prepared teas too. The chai is out-of-this-world amazing! The staff is so welcoming and lovely. It is a calm and friendly atmosphere perfect for a date, meal with a friend, or just by yourself.

Quiet little place, kind of hidden between some other places. The food was AMAZING, the service we received was excellent. Portion size is decent. Small menu with limited choices, but the perfect find on a Sunday afternoon.

My friend and I were so happy that there was a place to sit and chat that wasn't a bar. The tea is very unique! Served in liter tea steepers with the cutest little glass cups that allow you to hold the very hot tea but not have it uncomfortably hot to your hand. Selection was limited to their own blends but we weren't phased by that. I had a Lotus, jujube and ginger blend. It gave me really weird dreams!Food not rated because I didn't have any, but the menu of dumplings looked good enough that I want to go back and try!

A great place to enjoy puer tea and other varieties. Excellent food options. We tried the pumpkin beef dumplings (winter seasonal item) and the dianhong for 2, all excellent. Relaxing atmosphere with beautiful art.

Damn, this place is special! We've never had better dim-sum than here. The tea menu is outstanding. Even the chai is transcendent (spicy, balanced, not a sugar-fest). Everything on the menu is excellent. Menu changes regularly, and we work our way through it, sometimes most of the way in one extended sitting.

Cloud Pine Tea was recommended to me by a coworker. After looking them up online, I felt that going there would be a great weekend adventure. I took my girlfriend there and I have to say, it didn't disappoint. The service was excellent and the food was even better. This is a place you must experience. We had a great time and we had to exercise our willpower to not order one of everything. This unique and amazing tea house was a 3 year project for the owner that sadly is on its last year, so please don't miss out. The food is Dim sum and the tea is served in very traditional way. We will definitely be going back.

I absolutely love this place and think it a gem. The service was exceptional, their hospitality, humble and generous and the food was clean, flavorful with hints of umami, savory and light. Food for the soul. The tea options are diverse with something for the serious tea consumer abs the not so serious. Well played, CPT+C.

Soooo cool! A fabulous experience you shouldn't miss. You get to brew and rebrew your tea as you dine on the most devine dim sum around! But...don't think, I'll go someday, cause they are only open until August and then owner is off to her next adventure.
