After asking what was on the potato wedges, I ordered them. The picture of them looked delicious, but they were nothing like they said they would be. To me, it seemed like a bait and switch. I won't be back. I'll waste my money elsewhere..

Order the new jack smash the double with bacon and cheese and got the single with no cheese and the bun was so stale you couldn't eat it we also had a Jr cheeseburger and the bun was the same stale we also had the boneless garlic parm wings that were so dry the sodas had no carbonation straight suger and ice the only decent thing was the fries and of course you find this out after you get all the way home with your food !!! Not to mention the long wait for my food and no line !

I had a Bacon deluxe with curly fries. The burger was good, but a bit dry. The fries were good. Service was friendly and quick. The store is dated, but clean and decent enough. It sa decent place for lunch.

I got the Nashville mozzarella sticks, but apparently they put them in a box with holes in it, and then proceeded to overstuff my bag and throw them in sideways.. all my food was covered in hot sauce as well as the entire bag and my car seat, which I now have to scrub because it stained. I am extremely confused as to why jack in the box would put a saucy item into a box that has holes, and no real seal... disappointing
We got 2 of the jumbo jack meals and French fries and everything was made fresh!! It was delicious 😋!

Took 20 minutes to get to the drive-through even though there was only one car in front of me $25 for two burgers, one fries, mozzarella sticks and a French toast sticks and I get back home and there is no marinara sauce. There is no syrup all the food is cold and gross.
