The Mexican guy that was a manager there was absolutely horrible. I asked for a large water with my order. After I paid, he gave me a medium cup. I told him I wanted a large water as I am a delivery driver and he said he would have had to charge me an extra dollar. That is something he should’ve told me before charging my card and only giving me a medium cup. Then when confronting him on it, he was extremely rude.

This was around 10am to 11am. I was waiting at the drive-through for two mins. Finally someone said wait. I said ok. The guy seems down and sad. I waited for my food around 10mins and no one was in line behind me or in front. I got few things. I don’t why it took so long? The slowest jack in the box I ever been to with no one in line. Compared to all over CA.

Employees are rude but it makes sense with where they work and the customers they serve.
when they get your order right, it's not too bad. it's jack in the box food...what do you expect?however, 97% of the time you have to repeat yourself multiple times in the drive thru and they keep repeating back something different. then just when you think they figured it out, you get to the window and they've still got it wrong or have forgotten to give you something.the employees are nice enough, but seriously, how hard is it to get a 5-6 item order with no special requests correct? ?♂️ ugh.

Customer service sucks corporation clearly do something about the locations on airport Way and Mall 205 worst customer service I ever dealt with every franchise prices are different and are clearly overpriced for what you deal with and get
