King Curry is definitely a neighborhood place. You don't have to dress up to go there. I have eaten there twice in the last week - the first time with my friend and the second time with my wife and daughter. All involved loved the food. I requested spice level medium both times and received just that. The fist time I had Mussaman Curry and the second time Red Curry. This is the best Thai food in the Portland area. You walk into the restaurant and the lady that works the front is very nice and welcoming with a smile. I ordered the chicken pad Thai very good prices not too spendy. She says they have been upgrading and I think it looks beautiful. I wanted to dine in but had to go. I love the decor and the feel good atmosphere leaves a feel good vibe. She gave me a menu of a new shaved ice shop they just opened up in sellwood that looks delicious...
