There are many teriyaki places in Oregon, but what makes this place unique is the ramen as there are very few far in between in Milwaukie. The broth from the Tonkotsu ramen is the best I've had thus far, and I've visited countless ramen places here in Oregon in multiple cities, this taste comes closest to how I remember it to be in Japan and got me thinking back about my travels there. Absolutely delicious and generous portions. I did a pickup order and they put the sauce on the side as well as the veggies without me asking! It meant the cutlet was still perfectly crispy when I got home. Sauce was sweet with the tiniest kick, and the noodles were oily and delicious. Veggies seemed fresh and only lightly cooked so had a nice bite. I’m glad I’m only in town for a few days and don’t actually live near here or they’d get all my money!
