Had me wait 10 minutes for new beef and broccoli and gave me all old from the old pan, before the new one was even done. Never has that happened at any panda I've been to. They usually will flip the old into the new and give you from there. But no, waited 10 minutes and gave me old stuff right infront of me.

Nate is an excellent manager ! I asked if it would be any trouble making some fresh honey sesame chicken & he told me no problem & continued to have some made up for me ! Great service & will continue to come back

I usually don't leave reviews, but this experience was really disappointing. I ordered chow mein and Kung Pao chicken. What I received was nowhere close to what was promised.The chow-mein was literally just plain boiled noodles with no flavor, seasoning, or even vegetables not at all the stir-fried dish you expect when ordering chow-mein. Even worse, the Kung Pao chicken had no chicken in it ,only vegetables. That's unacceptable, especially when you're paying for a meat dish. This kind of careless preparation shows a real lack of quality control. Definitely won't be ordering from here again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for decent Chinese food .

Most of the time there food is good. What makes me upset you get there at dinner and they do not have food prepared. Then you have to wait 15 to 30 minutes or longer. I am generally their either right at dinner time or right as dinner is ending. Lastly they got rid of Sweet and Sour Chicken and will not bring it back. The only thing I really like (I know my problem) lol.

I’ve given this location multiple chances because I work nearby, but this will definitely be my last time ordering from them. I ordered a plate today, and the portion sizes were extremely small—especially the beef, which only had about 4-5 tiny pieces (you can literally count them in the photo).
What makes it even worse is that the restaurant wasn’t even busy when I went in, so there’s really no excuse for the rushed service or lack of care. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this location either. The quality, portions, and service have consistently been disappointing.
I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect fair portions and decent customer service. Unfortunately, this location falls short every time. I won’t be coming back.

The server Crystal had an attitude and was spending the whole time with the phone and when she did her job she threw around the food and boxes and smashed the egg rolls
The food was alright but the cashier needs more training.

This was a fairly good place until recently. The food doesn't taste or even look like what we got before. The beef and broccoli is mostly broccoli, and it seems to be just warmed up rather than cooked. What little beef you get is mushy and tough. The orange chicken doesn't taste anything like orange chicken that I have had at any other time. I ordered two plates, and the cashier was going to charge me for a plate and a big plate. Fortunately, I saw that and corrected it, otherwise I would have paid extra for something I didn't get. Bottom line is we will not be back. At least for a long time for them to get their problems straightened out.
