Friendly and attentive staff, good food and quick service. The chicken I had melted in my mouth and the Mac salad was delicious. Thanks for getting to me so quickly as well. I'll definitely be back!

9/10 times the food is great. Teriyaki chicken, with Macaroni salad, & white rice is unbelievably good. With the right amount of Sriracha enhanced in-house teriyaki sauce, it's the best example of its kind I know.

I don't know how they make it so tasty, but I'm glad they do. The interactions with some people working the register have been rather meh. But ever since the lockdowns, lackluster service is the norm everywhere.

People treat you like you're more of a hassle than a customer.

The beef teriyaki is delicious, but my takeout came with a crazy amount of fat. Which was awkward because I was eating with chopsticks out of the container, so I was kind of picking at it with my fingers, and eventually gave up because it was not an enjoyable experience.

It'd be nice if they did a better job trimming the fat before slicing, which is a lot more efficient than doing individual slices myself.

I'd eat here frequently if I knew this was a fluke, but I can't be sure.

Amazing food and a good price.

Went back after a few months to see if they improved and probably won't be back again. Dishes with deep fried chicken were not good at all. The pieces were cut so small that they were overcooked, dry and hard to eat. The teriyaki sauce looked and tasted watered down. The only really good thing was the mac salad. Service was ok but not very friendly. They were nice enough to call after I placed my online order to let me know they were out of a couple of things and to let me change the order. The atmosphere does not encourage eating in.

Chicken was good, a little under flavored. Mac was basically a step above mac and mayo. Teriyaki sauce they gave me was basically water.

Food is consistently solid and that’s why I keep returning. However, if you order for pickup or delivery, just accept in advance that you will NOT receive your sauces. Doesn’t matter if it’s the optional soy/sriracha/teriyaki add-on with each plate or something like the Roxy sauce that is supposed to come with the fried carrots. Even if you request extra sauce in the comments - you will not receive any sauce. It’s such a simple thing but it’s happened more times than I can count and it’s a bummer for an otherwise solid spot.

Ordered the chicken katsu plate lunch through the app. Asked for 1 extra katsu sauce but instead I received no katsu sauce whatsoever. It shouldn’t be hard to remember.

Best Hawaiian plate lunch’s in town. Not even close.

I’m a part time dasher and decided to try this place several months after discovering it. I ordered chicken teriyaki as it’s one of my go to dishes. I arrived around 7:45pm on a Tuesday night. As I entered the establishment I was greeted with in a few seconds by asking me what I’ll have. I said idk and told the counter/prep person that I didn’t know and that this would be my first time. To say the least she wasn’t kind and truthfully seemed annoyed to have a patron. I asked what she would recommend and I decided I go with chicken teriyaki to go. My food was plated in a carton container and handed to me bag less within 30 seconds. I was shocked to say the least. Listen the chicken was grilled poorly, not seasoned nor cut very well. The rice was anything but sticky and both chicken and rice were hardly even warm. I also received some strange macaroni salad with my rice and chicken, which laid right next to the rice. The presentation of the food how the meat was cut along with both rice and chicken, barely even being warm was just foul. You would think that when someone tells you that this is the first time trying your establishment that you would put your best foot forward but that wasn’t the case. They must not care about repeat customers. Whoever owns this place should fire the rude gal working on 2/25 @ 7:45pm and if that’s the owner herself well than they should be ashamed.

Closed 30 minutes early yet left the sign on and the door unlocked when entered was told they were closed… if your sign is on and door unlocked you are expected to still be serving food… be better
