This location needs to be retrained on making Iced Shaken Espresso's. I have a hunch that they skimp on the shots and add more milk. They consistently hand me lattes instead of what I ordered. I don’t want to pay for milk with a dash of coffee.

I ordered the nitro with salted caramel cold foam. This was undoubtedly left over brewed coffee that had not yet even chilled. It was watery and expensive. Nitro coffee comes from cold brew nitrogen so it is rich and cascades like a Guinness beer and the cold foam sits like a pillow. It was so bad I tossed it

Been coming here this location for years, I stop in and ask to use the bathroom and the cashier tells me no it’s customers only while I’m standing with a Starbucks drink in my hand! So rude won’t be coming back 👍🏻

Had a great visit! Got my drink in record time and my barista, Nathan, was so great and friendly!
I dropped off a letter at this location, requesting a donation of ground coffee for a tournament at a local high school. I was told they would donate 4 lbs of coffee and to come back the week of the tournament to pick it up. They would grind the coffee beans at that time so the coffee would be fresh. When I went back to pick it up, I was told they couldn’t find the letter and couldn’t donate the coffee. They were extremely rude and clearly didn’t care that I’d been told to pick up the donation. This location is my neighborhood Starbucks however, in the future, I will go out of my way to another location for a cup of coffee.

Seems to be an overly busy location. Pickup was a slow process. Tables were all taken so we could not sit and enjoy. Perhaps a second location in the immediate area needs to be considered.
