I don't wanna sound like a Karen but I get the same drink almost everyday and it always comes to the same price. I usually go to this starbz but when I go to other locations it comes to the same price 5.00 the king rd location has this new worker (long blonde hair) and they always charge me 4 extra bucks and then they try and give me some bogus ass reason why they are doing that. Some crap about heavy cream and 2% milk another time they told me it's cause it's an americano??? It's just super annoying like you think Starbucks gives a crap about you? Anyways I'll be avoiding this location now. Hope you get like a raise for charging people for random ass things lol but probably not...

I went through the drive-through right after the Presidential election in 2020. The barista made a huge assumption about who I voted for and I found it presumptive and quite off-putting/rude. I worked for Starbucks for 12 years - I know customer service dos and don’ts. You should not talk politics with customers. You just don’t go there. And you show you’re a fool when you make assumptions about people regarding religion, children, politics, marriage, pregnancy…any of it. Just stick to coffee and small chat!I used to frequent this drive-through, but after this experience (which was not the first time someone had brought up politics at the drive-through window at this location), I haven’t been back. I go for coffee, not to discuss their politics or mine. Even if we agree, it’s not an appropriate venue.

Andy made my drink perfectly!! They seemed nervous like they might be new, but they nailed it. I also saw great customer service by the female manager on duty. Someone grabbed their drink and started to walk away and she noticed they had a funny look on their face. She called their name and explained what happened and offered to fix it! Great customer service here and thank you to the employees for showing up. Working hard. And dealing with awful customers far too often.
