We occasionally stop by in the mornings and we usually see an employee named Brandon. He is cheerful and always brightens our day. I manage a chain of automotive repair shops and I like to recognize excellent customer service when I receive it. Brandon should be recognized for his efforts to make customers feel warm and welcome and we choose Starbucks over Black Rock next door because of him.
My life is crazy busy and I don’t have time to get coffee at home and some times I need the extra cup in the morning. Every morning at 530/545am the drive thru lady is so nice and friendly. She’s not fake like some customer service people that awkwardly try and start conversation. She’s natural happy and in a good mood. It’s been 3 weeks and probably 10x I’ve been there.Well done, she is blonde, couldn’t guess her age but definitely not a “kid”
