I placed an order for my last money, but they didn’t give it to me, arguing that someone else took my order. I need to wait for a refund for 24 hours and stay hungry for another day. Customer orientation is zero!!! It’s better to lose a client forever than to make him a sandwich. Now I will drive around this place and advise everyone to do the same.

Just got door dashed a $20+ sandwich. Bread is old and hard and burnt! It was not a toasted sandwich!!! The hard dry bread scraped the hell out of my lips!!! Whoever did this should be ashamed!!! What a disappointment!!!

The people were making my sandwiches were incredibly patient and kind towards me! I was ordering for friends so I wasn’t sure what kind of bread they’d want, if it should be toasted, stuff they always ask about when you order at Subway… But the cashiers laughed along with me and helped me through the process. My food was really good too, everything tasted fresh and my friends were happy with their sandwiches despite my uncertainty!

Weakest 15 dollar sandwich ever. Crappy last of the bucket vegetables. Simply unbelievable. Last time for this chain to be sure. I’ve seen it decline to the very slimmest of toppings but this was ridiculous.
