Faith, Marcos and Andrew never seem to fail me here. My food always comes out amazing and they even are super good with their customer service. Super nice crew.

Went to get a sandwich and the store was not busy. She asked if I wanted my sandwich toasted and i clearly said no. When she asked if I wanted veggies I saw she had toasted it. I said oh I said no on the toasted. She clearly made the mistake then was extremely rude the entire time and you’ll see on camera she threw my sandwich for the guy to ring me out. He was very nice and respectful. I thought okay maybe faith is having a bad day and I took the time to run to the atm and bring a $20 dollar tip. I came back in and thought maybe this would brighten her day and she didn’t even say thank you. As I left the second time another customer said she’s just rude like that. I mean I’ve had bad customer service but this was absolutely the rudest person I’ve ever came across. You can see on the camera I said NO I don’t want it toasted! I probably even shook my head no. But what I don’t understand was her being extremely rude to me because of her mistake. I first wanted to write a good review because the guy that was working was so kind and made up for her. But after I tipped $20 and didn’t even get a thank you I figured I would go ahead and write exactly what happened. I won’t be going to this location as long as faith is there. I asked the guy what her name was. And I’ll never forget it. I threw my sandwich away and skipping dinner. You have got to know your employee is like this and still have her working. Waste of money time and gas! I’m calling corporate because she has three other reviews and still treating people the same rude way. There is some other things and comments she made which I won’t post online but definitely telling corporate.

Really disappointed that I was treated like I was dumb for asking if they took ebt. I had literally just looked it up and subways do. I understand if theirs just doesn't but the response I got was passive aggressive, nasty and discouraging.

I tried ordering from this location off Uber Eats, and since the app doesnt offer the same options as the subway as website to add less or more of an ingredient, i called to just ask if they could put a note on my ticket which i knew had just come in, knowing it was busy which is why i called asap so it wouldnt get lost in the chaos. Anyways, i called to ask for extra veggies since i didnt have the same option to like the home website, and the lady screamed at me on the phone asking me what i wanted. When i told her to just add a note saying extra veggies all, she screamed at me asking what i wanted, how she had a line looking at her, and how my ticket had just come in. I just wanted a note on my ticket saying extra veggies. I didnt need to be yelled at. I get its busy but yelling at a customer is not okay. I cancelled my order. I dont want them to tamper with my food bc of an attitude.

I went here to get a sandwich and the girl who helped me didn’t wash her hands it looked like she had been using the same gloves for 3-4 sandwiches I asked for a little lettuce and put way to much on she messed up my order so I ended up leaving my sandwich on the bus. Never ever go here disgusting.

They closed before 10 the door was locked and the sign was off at 9:45 I’m very pregnant and had this one craving. And it sucked that whoever was working decided they could close early. My boyfriend and I even tried to call and we watched them not answer the phone. Very unprofessional and not like the subway I knew in the past. Will not ever be eating here again.

Jenn is always so awesome. Makes a great sandwich, always friendly and professional. We order subway about 3 times a week when we go to the pool. I always order from the Gladstone store on McLoughlin because of the people that work there. Thank you Jenn

Worst place to order from. Manager is garbage that refuses to admit over the phone they are the manager or says thier is no manager. Funny thing is We've been going through this for over a year with this same dude who answers the phone. You want to be ripped off? Order from here
