I ordered the meatball sandwich. I don't like it toasted, but I expected the meatballs to be hot. The meatballs came cold as if they just came out of the freezer refrigerator I couldn't believe it terrible terrible sandwich, I called the manager to let her know, and she just sat there and said, oh, he must have got out of the refrigerator didn't want to replace. Didn't want to compensate, didn't want to do anything? I think she was not I'm not a professional, didn't care about the customer. Calling about the quality of the food. I will never return back and shame on you for serving a ice cold marinara meatball foot long

So ordered my food on Uber eats been almost an hour since I ordered and yet no food. Saw one delivery person went there and no pick up or delivery. Now waiting to see if the next one will finally pick up and deliver. I even texted them to make sure they pick it up. Delivery person called and they told him I canceled when I haven’t he handed his phone and they kept saying I canceled when clearly I didn’t on Uber eats. I told the subway to make my food.
So they canceled it themselves. >:|
Not to happy with this subway.
Just for 1 tuna 6” flatbread toasted with simple pickles olives onion oil vinegar salt pepper and parmesan.

Good place, good food But Still no sliced cheddar cheese Subway claims chedder is not very popular however chedder cheese is America's #1 most selected and eaten cheese. Bring it back or I will not come back. Stop the woke anti american b.s. please

The food was standard subway but i did ask for a cookie which i was never given and made to think i didnt order?? Idk if a small goof up is that big o' deal but yeah kinda frustrating. The vibe was cold and sterile which is good for a kitchen but felt a little bit like a morgue with how quiet it was! Not their fault thogh as it was just empty. I'd happily go back though!!

I’ve always ordered a “sandwich” strange, I’m a picky eater and never complained about paying full price for what I order. Subject on what I order: a foot long herbs and cheese ham sandwich, I have the meat on the side because I don’t eat it together, I eat them separately. No veggies or anything else no condiments. Today I went in to order and the girl working denied to make my sandwich saying “it wasn’t a sandwich and needed to have the meat on the bread” I found this very interesting being how I’m the customer, I’m eating the sandwich but I can’t have it the way I want? I said I’ll go to the other subway then and I left. Went to the other one down the road who I’ve always got it from and they had no issues! I guess they decide how to make your food even though you’re paying for it! Not great customer service or relation.
