Oh my gosh, during the heat wave today? 99.87% of the PGE customers without power and a dangerous heat wave rolling theough?through?
We showed up just hoping they had power and there was a team of people working very hard, in A/C that was struggling but had a person actively working on it to get it going even better, and folks I wish I could have tipped more than I have in my savings right now just for being there working so hard making great food. Food turned out perfect, the platonic ideal of what you want Taco Bell items to be. Served quickly. In a clean, well kept environment, with the A/C being an oasis upon walking in.

I've been here before but this time everyone ignored me- not one word from anyone. I tried using the kiosk and it was annoying and after everything it wanted my email. I just wanted to make an order so I went to the register. A girl came up to me did something on the register and didnt say one word. I stood there for two more minutes then told my teens we're leaving since I can't seem to order food here.

I don't know why but i have been to this store three times, everysingle time i come here i always tell myself i will never be back because they ALWAYS forget something. By the time i'm home its too late im not going to drive all the way back, secondly there was a hair in my taco. This will be my last time here for sure.

Duck poop at the front door when you walked in, trailed throughout the entirety of the front oder area, sticky floors by the kiosk you're forced to order at. I get my food... The potatoes are moldy. Could see black in the bite I spit out. Not going back.

Very nice employees who listen and ensure orders are accurate, good location, the food tastes great, although I can taste cinnamon when eating the chips from the chips and cheese stock, please move those away from the cinnamon twists because that's absolutely disgusting. Everything else was really, really tasty though, just, please fix that.

I don't like the kiosk ordering system, it asks if you want dine in or to go - but everything is to go. It asks what kind of drink you want - but you need to ask for your self service cup. It asks a out hot sauce - but it's self service. They are under staffed, most likely because staff is under paid. During the 40 - 45 minutes that I spent there the napkins were out the whole time and nobody ever came to wipe down a table or sweep the floor.

Fast food should never take more than 30 minutes to prepare. Every service business should have a person manning the counter at all times. I shouldn't have to ask for the drink that is part of my combo order. All around fail!
