Worst drive thru experience. Tattooed girl at window didn’t offer options on an online order when I noticed it was wrong at speaker. When I got to the window she ignored me for 3 minutes, then handed me the bag. I politely asked to order a separate burrito the way I wanted. She seemed pissy about it and charged me an extra dollar for adding beef and I said VERY LIGHT BEANS. Did not give me my change, practically lobbed the additional burrito bag to me. It was 85% beans with barely any beef even though I paid a dollar extra. She was rude and inconsiderate and did not care to get the order right or making her customer happy. Never going back even though I’ve been their customer for years. What a shame one unpleasant employee can make!

My visit to Taco Bell today was great. I was recommended to try their new chicken burrito, and it was worthy of being tested. I also enjoyed the new guacamole salsa.

I placed an order and paid on my phone, but the doors were locked and all of the workers were hanging out at a table when I tried to pick it up. No one working, etc. They shrugged and said they weren't opening until noon, even though I had already paid for my order. I'm amazed this store hasn't been shut down yet.

If you think this taco bell will be open, because the posted hours say they are open, don't. They are always understaffed and will never be open when you go. They are closed today, not opening until NOON on a Saturday, after a brand new grocery store opened and brought huge crowds to the area.If you do happen to catch them open, they are the slowest taco bell ever. The window times are never less than 5 mins and often double that or more.I can only blame management. If you can't staff your store, clear out of the space and put in a restaurant that will appreciate the location like it deserves.

Was assigned two Doordash orders around 8:30 AM and the restaurant was closed even though it’s listed as open today. ?
Easily the worst dive through experiences I've ever had. They have the new awful menu boards that change every half second or so. So when you are trying to read off the menus item to the order taker you can't finish it before it changes and you have to wait. Then they get confused and get you the wrong item 7 times in a row until you just take the wrong item. I've been to this location 3 times and the drive through is not worth the effort. Just walk in.

Ordered online went through DT they said fryer was down then somehow said it was coming back up when we got to window wait 5 minutes out front... 30 minutes later came out to car said it was still down still haven't received the refund for the missing food.
