Cheesy gordita crunch was cold and had barely anything in it, chicken cantina burrito came in a soft taco sized tortilla with about 1/3 of the fillings and was also cold. Came with no sauce as well.
The only thing they made correct was the soda....
Not sure what your lunch crew has been doing today but that was a very horrible way to spend 20$.
Picture below is showing the burrito fitting within the size of my hand... im not a big guy and do not have big hands.

My consistent rude interactions with Ruben will have me going to the two other branches near me. Their must be some kind of internal social element that keeps him employed there because he is the rudest cashier I've ever experienced.

I mean it's a Taco Bell, but it's nice enough. Wont find anything healthy here but it's easy and I low key really like walking here. Eating inside is a little treat for me.

Every table is a sticky mess coverd in food pieces, floor is freshly mopped though, but food and napkins are pushed under tables and into corners. Chairs and tables are out of order. Food was decent, but I wouldn't eat anything that touches the table tops.
Itâs Taco Bell. Rude employee and stomach pain after you eat. The cinnamon twist are still pretty good though

I rated the atmosphere a 4, 'cause hey- it's Taco Bell. It's good, but don't expect something beyond your wildest dreams! So I went here with my wife, and the thing I like is their consistency. Even if they DO make a mistake from time-to-time, they ALWAYS correct it. To me, it takes a bigger person to correct a mistake instead of arguing what did or didn't happen is out of their control.
I appreciate this location, and they'll always get repeat business.

Man, I cannot believe how much this location has gone downhill. My family and I have been going to this location for years but over the past few months things have really gotten terrible. Tonight we ordered online and 10 minutes later we left to pick it up. Shouldâve been plenty of time for them to make the order for 3 people right? Guess not. When we arrived there were 3 cars ahead of us. I told them the name that we had ordered online under and they asked us to pull forward and wait in the parking lot, despite the fact that there was no one behind us in line. Why? Whatever, weâll pull forward hoping that our order doesnât get tampered with. Upon pulling forward we realized that the 3 before us were also waiting along with 2 others that had already been waiting. As we began to watch the drive thru line back up we began to wonder how long things would take. By the time the car behind us had been served my wife decided to head inside to see what the delay was. She was given a bag that had been sitting off to the side cooling with an âI donât know what happened â excuse. We all go to Taco Bell knowing that it is sub-par food, BUT itâs usually ready in a reasonable amount of time, especially when ordering ahead online. But no, this was 30 minutes plus waiting for our order. Will not be ordering from this location ever again. Iâd rather drive 15 minutes away to order from another location, these guys suck more than can be imagined. No sorry for the wait or thanks for coming inside to pick up your order because our employee probably wouldâve taken your order to the wrong car instead type of excuse. No, this location is particularly under managed we ordered multiple items that came with nacho cheese that was less than half way full. Tonightâs experience was BEYOND PATHETIC! Boo Mcloughlin Taco Bell, you are better than this. I invite your managers to explain the level of service weâve been receiving lately, I can only assume that you will not try to explain yourself. I welcome your reply, please explain yourself!

I went in there tonight to get a pizza and a chicken Cantina for my elderly father. The chicken Cantina was on its side thrown around. My pizza was on its side, throwing around everywhere. I got horrible service from the guy at the drive-through. He lied to me about the sauce packages that are in the bag And I know thatâs what they were laughing about about the food going on side just absolute horrible service there I got treated like like I was not wanted there. The guy at the window had the hole I donât give it about you or anything else kind of attitude. Iâm always saying please and thank you ⊠because I donât want my good messed with.. this crappy service is a constant at this location. I recommend going to the Taco Bell down by the bridge⊠go
