This little overlooked gem of milwaukie was everything I hoped it to be. The food seriously was the best smoked BBQ I've ever had. The service was top notch. Attentive but not suffocating. Helpful is an understatement. She gave us one of their recipes to try at home. Everything was great.

Friendly staff, fantastic BBQ! Go early, because sometimes they run out of things like brisket or smoked chicken. They have some of the best potato salad, and their slaw is top notch! I really do need to stop in more often.

My family & i stopped by for the first time today, & I can honestly say I was blown away by the quality of food here . Everything was amazing & smoked to perfection!! The smoke ring, the tenderness, the taste, I could go on & on.
The atmosphere was just as admirable as the food. The staff made us feel so comfortable & were so sweet to my daughter! The place had such a homely feel.
Being from Memphis, it’s so hard for me to find good BBQ .. I’m ashamed to say, This place made me forget all about my hometown though 😂 Will definitely be back! Thank you so much you guys, your hard work doesn’t go unappreciated !

Ok I am not a person who leaves reviews often, but this place blew me away. I got my food to go and was so hungry I had to take a bite as soon as I got in my car and immediately had to try everything. I got burnt ends, smoked slaw, loaded potato salad, smoked pickles, and key lime pie. Insanely delicious. All of it. I had to go back in and tell them how good it was. I never ever do that. Best bbq I’ve had in Oregon. Phenomenal. 10/10
So good! Incredible melt-in-your-mouth pork belly with friendly, prompt service in a cozy and comfortable space. I can't wait to return (and I live 70 miles away, which means I know the trip will be worth it).

It is simply wild how stellar the quality and craftsmanship behind this menu is. We live right down the street and continue to be shocked that theyre so easy to miss just out of the way on king road. While its maybe no surprise that their meat is top notch, what shocks me everytime we come is that every. single. item. from the hollandaise to the shells and cheese, is truly thought through and perfectly executed. We love this place. The couple that run it are kind and funny and considerate in their service. Its the type of business that really deserves to thrive.
