The workers at this store are so rude . I was in the store forever and every one was in the back ecnoring me then when someone finally came out they acted like I was nobody . Im never going back to this location again. You need to hire employees that want to work and are nice to customers. The donuts were trash and there was either half filling or no filling in the donuts and they just tasted bad

This iconic Portland landmark donut shop is a must visit for anyone coming to the area. Pink voices of donuts a are frequently seen on flights leaving the airport, as people take them home across the country to share the experience with family and friends. Are they that good?!? They are definitely that weird. Featuring gastronomical extravaganza like turtle cheese cake, dirt (a donut with vanilla frosting and creme filled cookies on top), bacon maple bar, voodoo doll (a raspberry filled bar in the shape of a voodoo doll), maple blazer blunt, ring of fire, cock N' balls (Bavarian creme filled bar in the shape of, well, you know), the Memphis mafia (cake donut with banana chunks, cinnamon, peanuts, chocolate chips, covered with chocolate and peanut butter drizzle), and MORE! What's not to love about this quirky twisted bit of authentic Portland character? If you are in the Portland area so in to one of the 6 locations and see what the hysteria is all about.

This place is so popular there have been many times where I have not even stopped to pick stuff up because they're so busy but that tells you how good they are

Voodoo donuts suvrives on their novelty, cool name, and being a "go to" destination for visitors to Portland. They do offer many creative flavor combinations and their signature "voodoo" doll donuts. But I'm not impressed by the quality or availability of their donuts. The fillings in the filled donuts taste like they are a bargain brand out of a can. The donut parts themselves are nothing special. And they have frequently been out of the donut flavors I order. Hold your horses! I do not go on my own volition! It's my visitors that insist on going there, waiting in line, and overpaying for a mediocre donut.
Parking: If I remember correctly, the parking lot across the street is free. I wish you the best of luck finding a space though!
Kid-friendliness: The wait in line can be long making for bored annoying kids. However, once you finally achieve your goal and give them a donut, they'll be happy and quiet for the 5 minutes it takes to eat it and before the sugar rush hits! Haha!!

Great service, donuts seemed a bit old (we were there in the morning), and there's only one place to sit.

The gal who helped us choose a few doughnuts was very helpful, and made great recommendations. We took the donuts back to our campsite and ate them over the course of 2 days, even 2 days later they tasted great!

This place is so over-hyped. There's nothing special about the doughnuts besides their names.
