Really tired of the pizzas not being cut all the way and being cut so poorly half the pizza is huge slices and the other half are tiny. Also feel a bit ripped off. 2nd time in a row I’ve ordered extra pepperoni and not gotten extra pepperoni.

Ordered carry-out for two large pizzas with double pepperoni and bacon. After 2 minutes of ordering it the app said it was ready, skeptical, I called to double check if it really was and they swore it was ready. It was 2 white girls in the kitchen (fire them immediately) fooling around instead of taking time to make sure our order is correct. The girl next to the oven wasn’t even wearing a hairnet. Had hair up with hair sticking out the sides, which is a major food safety violation. I will be reporting this. It was cold. We got this pizza for our dogs last night alive and all the manager could do was give us points because they got in trouble for putting “too many toppings”. Your lack of leadership is not my problem. I paid for extra toppings. Save your time and money and go to the Canby dominoes. This was Sunday October 21 at around 9pm.

I have never had this problem with this Dominos. I ordered 2 pizzas, and they were in prep for over 30 minutes. I called the store to ask if everything was okay and they put me on hold for over 10 minutes. When they answered I asked the next person who came on if there was an issue, they put me on hold again for another 7 minutes. a person came back on and said it was in the oven not sure when I will get it. The customer service is poor. The delivery driver when I finally got my pizza handed it to me and walked off and said nothing. really disappointed in the service I received. If you are busy then just say we are backed up and will get it there as soon as we can. attitude not needed.

I received an order that had 1 wrong item. I called and talked to Evan. He knew the mistake and quickly offered to correct it. My correct item showed up soon after. The rest of the food in my order was super good as well. You guys have great customer service and great food!!
Delivered to the wrong house with no refund. Ended up going to pick up from the store because they were going to remake it and they hadn't even started it by the time I got there 10 minutes after the phone call.

We were surprised at how good the pizza is. Ordering is easy on the app. We always do the carside delivery, however the last couple of times they didn't seem to want to bring it out. That's ok, just say it's not available, so we don't have to sit out there wondering what's going on especially when it's in the upper 90's outside.
