Best barbecue in Molalla. I highly recommend people come try this out. The food is great, and the owner Chris is a great guy. Super excited for their new location to be opening in Molalla.

place is a joke I'm guessing that's why it's closed .

The chicken teriyaki bowl was good and we would recommend this if you come here. The ribs were dry and and the Mac and cheese were as just okay.

I got the "big bubba" which comes with brisket pulled pork, slaw and potato salad. The potato salad and slaw were actually both quite nice. The pulled pork had a really nice bit of smoky flavor to it. Both meats came absolutely drowned in sauce which wasn't my favorite. The brisket may have been good. But the only thing I was really able to taste was the sauce it came with. I'd be willing to give this cart another try.

Spent $32 on nothing, no flavor, small portions not worth the money. We are all about supporting small businesses but you get more and better quality from larger places with a lot higher overhead than a food cart.
We got a $ 10 cheese burger that was great from another food cart for this place that was way better and less money!!!

Poor service. Placed order and after 50 minutes food still not ready. Place was empty so not working on other orders. Shouldn’t take an hour for a 2 piece chicken meal and pulled pork sandwich. Attempted to get staff attention at window but they wouldn’t open so just left and never got any food.

Stopped into the brewery for a post-hike beverage. Decided to try the bbq… I expected it to be dry and overcooked. It was the opposite, great flavor, meat was tender and juicy. 100% recommended some of the best bbq I’ve had in the PNW. I’ll have to make some excuse to come back this way.

Fantastic BBQ place. Chicken, Pork Ribs, Pulled pork were cooked perfectly. The bbq sauce complimented the food very well and did not overpower the meat. The Pineapple Coleslaw was really good. The Mac N Cheese with Pulled Pork was very good too.

We’d eaten at this cart before almost exactly a year ago, and had great service from a younger guy who was incredibly pleasant and helpful. So today we came back to get some dinner for my husband. I had originally planned to get something from another food truck but I saw a sign below the window for the grilled teriyaki chicken bowl, thought it sounded really good, and asked the older man in the trailer what was in the teriyaki chicken bowl (thinking maybe there might be some veggies or something in it). The guy literally didn’t say a single word, stuck his finger out the window, and roughly poked each word on the sign, then walked away from the window. When he came back to the window a couple second later, his comment was “sorry my menu is so cryptic.” I have pretty thick skin but this was beyond rude and condescending. Can’t comment on whether the food is still as good as it was a year ago, because my husband and I both walked away as there was no way we were going to give our money to such a rude person, ESPECIALLY if he was the owner.

Honestly not sure what the brisket was, but it was very thin and surely did not look like brisket. The food was meh, would certainly not visit again.

I had the most incredible smoked pork loin sandwich with pepper Jack cheese. This was out of this world, sooooo good. And you have to try the Mac and cheese. Top notch!

Took them about 35 min to make 2 plates , 1 had like 11 pieces of chicken and the other had about 9-10 & only filled up the corner of the plate when you scoot them together. Rice was not presentable at all & towards the middle and bottom of the rice it was more like pudding. Worst teriyaki ive ever seen or tried in my life & it was 15$ each plate
