11pm, Drove from Silverton to Molalla, cause even though it says open 24/7, Silverton was closed. Ordered a Double Quarter Pounder Deluxe meal with one request, add Mac sauce. Proceed to wait 15 minutes for the one other person waiting to receive food. My food came as soon as I pulled up. I received what looked to be a single patty between some buns, with onion pickle and Mac sauce. Patty was overdone and had a literal burnt peice of crud, that I'm hoping was grease, hanging onto it. I felt bad feeding the patty to my dog as I watched him toughly chew through it.

They gave me a kids size hi cup that had a bent lid so I asked if she could dump it in a new one so the lid would stay on. I was very nice about it and she stared at me and got another person to ask what I was wanting and I again explained that I just wanted a different cup so it didn’t come off while my child was drinking it. They got ANOTHER person to come to the window and she STILL DIDNT UNDERSTAND. I think there may have been a language barrier but I was speaking English. I ended up getting exasperated and asking for the drink back since they couldn’t figure it out. They were also out of Dr Pepper which was stupid. Took three people to not be able to understand “can I please get a new cup since the lid won’t stay on” what a joke

I gotta tell you, I don't eat McDonalds, only their fries, I love em! So, I drove thru the Molalla McDonalds to grab my Grandson a Happy Meal last week, and there was a large line of cars there, I placed my order , drove to the pay window and by the time I got to the next window it was open and my order was waiting for me. It was hot, and the nice lady had a beautíful smile on her face for me also. They are amazing!!! 2 thumbs up Molalla McDonalds,!! 👍👍

Most of the workers don't apeak English, I've ordered from here a few times and everytome im disappointed and not satisfied because I've ordered chicken nuggets from there a few times and everytime they were gross, stail, and hard and they almost always forget food in your order because the last time I ordered 2 big Mac meals and they forgot one of the big macs.

I order from the location with doordash every once in a while, and theyre usually pretty good, but recently they are getting worse, as in completely forgetting whole items on my order. Thankfully doordash will cover the cost for the most part if not totally, but they need to do their due diligence and make sure they are packing orders correctly and completely.

Ordered online. Waited 5 minutes before actually pulling into the drive thru so it would be somewhat ready when I arrived. Relatively small order. Wasn't ready, waited at the window for 10 extra minutes after sitting in line for at least 5. They forgot 3 items. Went back through drive thru, very very long line. Asked if I could just park so they could bring it out to me. He argued and said I'd be the last to be helped. What?! The fact that he got mad at me for not wanting to stay in a horribly long line to get the food I already waited for is absurd. Waited for 15 minutes never got my food. They won't answer their phones. Now I'll drive 15 more minutes home with cold, soggy items and a loss of money.

They get the order wrong 1 out of 3 times. They park cars and leave them sitting there for 15 minutes and today they had 6 cars waiting in the drive thru to pick up mobile orders they had paid for and the restaurant isn't open.

I am so sick of this place and yet it's one of two places to get fast food in town. I am allergic to onions. Every time I ever eat here and I order my food with out onions, I either get big chunks instead of little diced or I send it back and you can tell they scraped the onions off. Pretty sure there are ALL kinds of health violations going on... honestly can't figure out how NO ONIONS is so freaking confusing.
