In the Deli I asked if they could give a discount on the deli instead of throwing it in the garbage. They told me that they are ordered by corporate to just through it out and they can't give a discount.This deli warmer had more then double the food in the picture. They were in the middle of tossing it. The Deli closes at 7pm when I walked up it was about 7:05 with the lights off.Times are tough, especially for food. And they are just throwing it out instead of donating or selling at a discount.

Their gas station needs to control traffic like the other person mentioned. Guess the previous comment fell on deaf ears because it looked like nothing changed.They need to do a better job when cars are in line to not have someone else back in when the first car leaves...3 cars in.line, and they allow someone to back in to the full service, preventing the line to move up. They should have told the person to go and wait their turn..better to.have 3 satisfied customer, and one dissatisfied, than the other way around

Kirk is exceptional. Safeway is 1 of few options.

Filthy bathroom rude punk kids for employees. Told an employee the men’s bathroom was dirty and he just shook his head and walked off. Stopped in still filthy restrooms.

Normally I avoid this Safeway in favor of a nice market in Canby. The thing that really frustrates me is their gas station. I always go elsewhere unless I must have gas now. Everyone is driving every which way. There is no defined traffic pattern. Their hoses are too short to reach the opposite side of the vehicle so any lane works with the pump on either side. The full service kids are slumping around drinking their Red Bulls and paying more attention to their phones than the customers. Lastly, they must have purchased the slowest pumps on the planet. Management needs to go gas up at Costco to see an efficient pleasant operation. Oh wait, they probably do gas up up at Costco because the Safeway operation sucks!! Inside the store today they actually had several checkout stand open. Normally it's one and self-serve if you're lucky. Sorry, not a good review, but then not a good experience either.

Decent grocery store. Just a wee bit pricey. Plus you have to buy your bags.
