The blond girl making our sandwiches was snarky and unfriendly acting as if we as if the customers were a nuisance. When making our sandwiches and asking for various vegetables on the sandwiches she would make snarky faces and skimp on them. For instance, when asking for olives, put only five olives on a foot-long sandwich. I might add this is not our first encounter with this Employee and we choked it up the first time as anyone can have a bad day, however, this being in our second encounter, I decided to go ahead and make a review. I can see from reading other reviews that, we apparently are not the only customer with this type of encounter.

11/02/2024 - Went to this subway today and I am not sure what happened, but there were two ladies in there working and it was their first day on the job and there was no one else in there working with them or training. They had limited bread baked and what they did have was hard. The food was mediocre, but hats off to the ladies working their butts off even though it was their first day and no one there to train them. Poor management and I felt bad for them!

Sandwich was fine, it's a fast food shop it isn't going to be stellar but it's fine.
The staff seemed harried and didn't give me the opportunity to put in my info for points. But honestly I chalk that up to a long line and 2 people on staff, one obviously new and actively being trained (both keeping their cool and carrying on)

The only part I'm really not a fan of is being charged 1.60 for half a scoop of avocado. Portion control isn't great on that.

You can ALWAYS count on this location to screw your order up. Nice people but I've lived in this town for 3 years and every single time I've gone to this subway i can expect my order to be messed up every single time. I've actually never had my order given to me correctly. If I go inside, drive thru or order for pick up already I know toppings will be left out and bread will go un-toasted. I now typically go to canby when I want subway unless it's a last minute thing. Always disappointing at this location to where we just stopped tipping because we know we won't be fully satisfied.

EVERY time we order delivery, our sandwiches don’t get toasted and they’re missing half of the ingredients!! And it’s always the same lady working!! Way too expensive to be having this issue all the time. Last time we brought them back for a refund and the woman told us “well I’m just really busy” without apologizing once and we had to wait on the phone with door dash for 30 minutes to get a refund. Go in person or don’t bother wasting your time and money

Me and my friend went there yesterday a girl was on the phone for 10 minutes while this guy was working really hard saying they were under staffed not only did I go home with poor service but when I got home I ate the sandwich and got really sick really really sick so did my buddy and I found what looks like to be a seed or old rat poop that may have been in my sandwich I have a picture of it and it's the most disgusting thing you will ever see!

Ordered in the app. App said order was ready at 1p. At 115p they said someone was working in it. At 130, there was no sign of our online order and nobody seemed to know if it was being made or not. Multiple other customers came and went inside and at the drive thru, the only order not getting done was my online order. At 135 we left without our order and minus the money I paid for it in the app. Employees were inattentive, online orders are kept behind the counter with no attention paid to customers other than the obligatory "Welcome in." I exited the line that had 6 people ahead of me and went up to the register and even then 4 employees never asked if they could help. I shouldn't have to stand in line for how long for an online order. Employees acted like my order was of no concern to them, they had already been paid for it so they were going to help the line customers first. I've never had this online issue in Canby, which is where we will go from now on.

My sandwich was good but I had ordered one of the $5 sidekick cookies on the app with my sandwich. They were out when I got there and getting a refund for the unavailable item was like pulling teeth to get my money back. I seriously do not recommend ordering anything from them on the app that might not be available. I am doubting whether I will return to Subway at all.

every single time i order online the sandwiches are wrong .
missing ingredients, wrong ingredients ,wrong breads ect . also always greeted with attitude when walking in to pick up.
People and businesses have bad days so I’ve tried to blow it off and give them another shot but this is now about the 4th time everything was messed up. not worth it anymore. Do not recommend ever placing an order online
