ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. My friend and I placed SEPARATE orders online for pick up and they somehow managed to get our toppings mixed up, forget cheese and pepperoni. I understand that there's literal children working, someone needs to put some effort into training these kids.

Went there the employees were nice very courteous follow directions very nicely but the food has really lost its Sparkle it's not the employees fault it's corporate they've really messed it up

Just like any other subway. However due to the small town it’s great if you would like to dine in. It’s always quiet.

I'm sure this is more of a problem with keeping employees' issues. The service is mediocre, the veggies are soggy most times. Prices for the quality of food is insane.

What is going on with this place? Every single order, something is off, but this time I’m done. I paid $30 for cold, crusty slop. I paid extra for smashed avocado and didn’t get it. I ordered two cookies and only got one, and it tasted stale. The sandwich was sloppy, cold, and dry. Meanwhile, the one thing that should have been cold, the Coke, was warm. Oh, and the best part? Two long dark hairs in my sandwich. Absolutely disgusting. On top of that, they are unbelievably slow every single time. Honestly, Clackamas County Public Health needs to shut this place down. I wouldn’t be surprised if they found a list of violations a mile long.

definitely a one star they don't answer the phone during business hours and no subway i didn't dine in or rake out or delivery i called mollala subway at seven thirty in the pm good luck you are very lucky to have a sandwich shop with a drive through
The guy that works in there horrible Don’t let him make your sandwich. He’ll barely put anything on it toast it then let it sit there for 10 minutes helping other people the time you get home it will be cold and completely hard as a rock.
They rarely get my order right.
CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE! Went through the drive thru and both sandwiches were made without half the veggies and condiments we ordered. There was only one person inside being g served and we were the only ones in the drive thru. We are very disappointed. This is not the first time this has happened

The guy at the counter didn't welcome us in as most Subways do. He never smiled once and was very cold and impersonal like he hated his job. The bread was tough and then the soda machine drain tray was overflowing. They were trying to unclog it. 3 or 4 people working but only 1 making sandwiches and helping customers. A far different experience than last time I ate there over a year ago.
One of the best Subway franchises around for quality and speed. Been going here for years, they've never messed up a single order.
The person who checked me out forgot to apply my coupon. When Kiya brought my sandwich to me I explained what happened she immediately offered to void the transaction and run it again with applying the coupon this time. She came back with my original receipt, the receipt showing it had been voided and my new receipt. She was very respectful and courteous! Keep her around Subway and compensate her great customer service, she deserves it!
Came in for a veggie delight! Clean restaurant and even though it was busy, they were quick and efficient
