I went to Taco Bell in Molalla. I waited 40 minutes for my order. I'm sorry, folks, but that's unacceptable, especially since it was the manager who served me.

Literally watched the overnight staff here touch the floor with there gloves then roll my burrito hand it to me the tell me to have a good night with the most hateful look on their face I wouldn’t ever go here I thew my meal out into the parking lot I was so disgusted and angry with the behavior absolutely a waste of time and resources! It’s crazy to see this is normal behavior at this location!!!!

This is by far, probably the slowest Taco Bell I have ever been to. On top of waiting what seems like an eternity for your order. Make sure you check it before you leave because they likely left something out. This reflects a clear failure of leadership. I worked at Taco Bell when I was younger, and the service and speed of service provided would never be accepted. You would be fired long before it got to this.

I like the over price plablano burrito it was good for fast food. Place is a mess and employees barely know your there but the burrito was tasty.

Chalupa shell so dry couldn't eat, spit out the first and only bite. The burritos had sour cream, nacho cheese on either side of burrito. Either more training needed or competent leadership needed, I understand there's teenagers working there but to spend our hard earned money on trash food is infuriating. To add, NO OTHER CARS IN LINE, AHEAD OR BEHIND. Ridiculously lazy and inconsiderate, I've worked at fast food places and I understand some people think they're funny or cool being inconsiderate but you're not, you're wasting much more than money. Better attitudes needed, disgusting expensive food.

I've been to this location 3 times and each time it gets worse. If you're going to close the lobby and have a backed up drive through, the least your employees could do is actually work and not stand at the lobby entrance, laugh and take photos of the ever growing line. I get that teens are teens and they're just working to pay for their gas, but train them to do the job they signed up for. Waste of money, money and completely useless to use the app to order ahead and try to avoid the wait.

Upon entering the dinning area of the molalla, Oregon Taco Bell I immediately noticed reasonably loud rap or hip hop music. Within the first minute of hearing this I noticed the repeating of world many would find objectionable, special for a place of family dining. I politely explained this to the person giving me my food, (because that was my first interaction with a person due to Taco Bell’s horrible order your own food system). He did not change the style of music or turn it off. I hope the owner of this establishment, or corporate itself does not find this as acceptable.

Showed up to pick up an Uber Eats Order on August 31st. I got here at 8:30 in the morning. Well, after they should have been opened. And absolutely nobody was there someone showed up to start her shift and said, they must not be open today. And another person showed up, and the manager said that they are not opening today. If you are planning on not opening the store, maybe have arrangements taken care of and put notes on the door instead of just leaving customers confused and wondering why the store is not open. I drove all the way from Canby, to pick up this order too. So that's a waste of both time and gas. And I lost money because of it. I don't know why people think it's acceptable to run a business this way.

Disgusting! Ordered the street chalupas and this is what we got, a few peices of meat. We have had nothing but problems at the Molalla taco bell, dont waste your money here. They clearly have a manager that doesn't care, seeing all the same terrible reviews. Also can't file a complaint on their app, how convenient 🙄

This Taco Bell location seems to be short-staffed or poorly trained. Orders are often incomplete — food and drinks are frequently missing, especially with DoorDash pickups. It causes delays and customer complaints. Needs improvement in accuracy and order readiness.
