I've been to this location 3 times and each time it gets worse. If you're going to close the lobby and have a backed up drive through, the least your employees could do is actually work and not stand at the lobby entrance, laugh and take photos of the ever growing line. I get that teens are teens and they're just working to pay for their gas, but train them to do the job they signed up for. Waste of money, money and completely useless to use the app to order ahead and try to avoid the wait.

Upon entering the dinning area of the molalla, Oregon Taco Bell I immediately noticed reasonably loud rap or hip hop music. Within the first minute of hearing this I noticed the repeating of world many would find objectionable, special for a place of family dining. I politely explained this to the person giving me my food, (because that was my first interaction with a person due to Taco Bell’s horrible order your own food system). He did not change the style of music or turn it off. I hope the owner of this establishment, or corporate itself does not find this as acceptable.

Showed up to pick up an Uber Eats Order on August 31st. I got here at 8:30 in the morning. Well, after they should have been opened. And absolutely nobody was there someone showed up to start her shift and said, they must not be open today. And another person showed up, and the manager said that they are not opening today. If you are planning on not opening the store, maybe have arrangements taken care of and put notes on the door instead of just leaving customers confused and wondering why the store is not open. I drove all the way from Canby, to pick up this order too. So that's a waste of both time and gas. And I lost money because of it. I don't know why people think it's acceptable to run a business this way.
Disgusting! Ordered the street chalupas and this is what we got, a few peices of meat. We have had nothing but problems at the Molalla taco bell, dont waste your money here. They clearly have a manager that doesn't care, seeing all the same terrible reviews. Also can't file a complaint on their app, how convenient 🙄

This Taco Bell location seems to be short-staffed or poorly trained. Orders are often incomplete — food and drinks are frequently missing, especially with DoorDash pickups. It causes delays and customer complaints. Needs improvement in accuracy and order readiness.

Window dude gabriel is a champ. Literally the only reason i go to this taco bell. The last few people were traaaash. Ayo gabriel you the man big dogg!!!!

I came in at 9:00AM or so and ordered 4 bean burritos with heavy red sauce and they all came with no red sauce on them when it clearly said on the screen “extra red sauce” and he repeated it back to me I then pulled up to the window to ask for fire sauce for this guy (not sure his name) little more heavy set and tall proceeds to put 4 fire sauce in the bag saying he gave me a “handful” and couldn’t give me any more while being rude about it even though I asked for a little more he continued to say he couldn’t put anymore in my bag I then said “how come inside on the machine you can order up to 15 but you can’t put more than 4 in my bag?” He said “I just can’t and won’t” I’ve never ever had this issue at Taco Bell before until this morning…

We used Molalla Taco Bell for an order to feed over 100. The staff was great and so helpful. Justin went above and beyond helping us and getting everything together on time. He also made last minute changes we needed. The whole staff took great care of us. Thank you Justin and Molalla Taco Bell.

I was told it was easier to go through the drive-thru and quicker it would be a while to get my food if I waited inside, so I went to the drive-thru and all my wife wanted chicken cantinas crunchy and in a 30.00 order those were the two tacos that we didn't get so I tried to go to the door it was locked they wouldn't unlock it even though they knew I just went through the drive-thru when I went around to the drive-thru window they locked the window they wouldn't open it until everybody was standing there and when I told him I didn't get the two chicken cantina is tacos the guy called me a liar. I told him I just came through the drive-thru from inside how did the whole order the two crunchy tacos with that one thing I said we didn't get. The worst fast food restaurant that I ever been in.

The food is ok, the service isn’t great but what I can’t understand is the prices of everything?! Every single item is overpriced, Taco Bell really took a turn for the worst. The food is worth about 1/3 of what they charge. It is embarrassing

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too ! They over charge never give you what you ordered and when you ask them to make it right they refuse ! Do not use this Taco Bell ever !

This is seriously the worst taco bell, just drive out to Oregon City if you can. They have the smallest portions of any Taco Bell I've been to, the hard tacos are half empty with a thin sliver of meat. It's not normal portions because any other location puts a normal amount of filling into their food. Not sure what's happening here, maybe poor management or theft, but the customer is the one paying for it. You'll pay full price and still leave hungry, trust me.
