I have tried their birria tacos, carne asada, and taco platter. Their birria tacos were good, their carne asada is great, and their taco platters are amazing. I have tried a good number of their tacos and the tacos de lengua y de tripa are the best! Great flavor and texture. I never leave unsatisfied.
These folks are great. They must be Molalla local as I have seen the young lady in the gym. They are incredibly friendly.I'm a big fan of the Al Pastor. The meat is seasoned and fried with crispy edges. I have had the tacos, burritos and the new quesabirria. Everything is done well.They have a new younger gal who is just adorable and a most friendly and outgoing.
I discovered this food truck recently, and I'm super happy about it because the food is delicious and the people are always friendly. It's becoming hard not to stop when I'm passing through Molalla.
