Just showed up with a party at 9 got turned away will never ever come back to the White horse. We regularly eat out here in Molalla but rest assured the White Horse will NOT ever be on our list to patronize again very poor business practice. I've never seen a business Turn Away business because they didn't want to move tables. We happily walked across the street to El Charrito where they always welcome our business and always figure it out. Thank you El Charrito!
The food was great, the hostess was great, and the prices were just right.

Everyone I've had serve me here so far is very nice. Although both times I've gone in the place was basically empty. Nonetheless, great place. Great service and food.

Ok… so here’s the deal. I first came into the Whitehorse in 1985. I was playing in bands back in those days. The last time I was here was in 2007. Walking through the door today was a shock. Totally different look. I didn’t recognize the place. And frankly… I was pissed!
It took me about 30 seconds to warm up to it. And it was because of the staff. Ashley and Brittany immediately made it feel like home. The put up with my nostalgia rant. Very friendly and personable. These are the type of kids that should give all of us hope for the future. I also met Edward, the vice chef or whatever.
They had my Jack Daniels, but only one Mexican beer… Corona,
(Important safety tip: fix that. You gotta have more Mexican beer options. If I have to tell my sister… she’s gonna be pussed. And nobody needs that)
I ordered the Rueben sandwich. A favorite of mine and a go-to meal. Harder to do right than many think.
And Day-YUM! That’s how you do it! No need for flowery platitudes about the bread or melt in your mouth presentation bullshit. Just a damn good Reuben with damn good fries!
(Note to management: next time you go looking for a new head chef. He’s already there. My boy Eddie is your next HC. He loves his job, he’s committed to the profession… and he’s GOOD!
I like this version of the White Horse and I’m really glad I stopped in.

The fish is excellent!
Parking: No more parking on 211, only side streets have parking which isn't too bad.

That was a good lunch! I had the Reuben with dirty fries (garlic, parmesan), the wife had the Cobb salad, and the kiddo had the kids cheeseburger and all was yummy!

A waitress threatened my group to be thrown out of trivia because a few people only ordered drinks the 4 other people ordered meals but it wasnt enough I guess (she said we must all order meal and drink each or we couldnt be there). She said we werent welcome to sit and drink water for free it was our 1st interaction with her after sitting down too, she cursed in front of my kid as well. Fries here are awful btw.

Bottom line.. this place had been going down hill over the last 10 years, violence, overserving, predatory behavior from patrons. It's an eye soar in what would be a pleasant town. Shutting it down would only help the community of Yelm.
The bartender working on 6/27 was rude and snarky about opening a red bull for the drink that was ordered. We would have paid for it but she blew a tip and ever coming back.

Stopped in for lunch on a whim. Fun rustic Western decor. Tables are spaced far enough apart that the conversations are private. Wait staff was friendly and efficient. The burger and the BLTA were tasty and served with lots of fries. Lots of beer choices.
We enjoyed it, and would return for a casual lunch.
