Long Timber Brewing Reviews
I haven’t been there yet…
Horrible experience today, got reservations for Mother’s Day lunch, nobody told me we would be limited to the one time menu that was offered for the day, nothing on the menu appealed to either of us, so we left, sorry we drove from Springfield to find this out, love this place but not likely to return, understand we are only 3 people out of so many customers so won’t matter to you.
Stopped for a beverage! Great beer and bar staff who made me a marionberry mule, it was tasty!

Long Timber Brewing offers a cozy dining experience with a rustic and charming ambiance. The service is attentive, and the menu features a variety of tasty dishes, including the tri-tip wedge salad and the brisket burrito, which is generous in portion size. The food quality is excellent, with dishes like the brisket and mac and cheese receiving high praise from customers. The beer selection is also well-liked, and the fries are a popular choice.
The restaurant has a separate seating area for quieter dining, and the decor features impressive timber framing and historical pieces on the walls, creating a nice atmosphere. While the noise level may be a drawback for some, many enjoy the beautiful setting and great food.
The restaurant's outdoor seating area is dog-friendly, and the staff is known for going the extra mile, such as providing a special dessert for a birthday party. Prices are considered a bit expensive for the area, but the overall experience is valued by customers.
