Food was great. Staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and unprepared to handle a Valentin's Day crowd. A bit of confusion on getting seated in spite of having a reservation. All in all we enjoyed a good meal with good friends. We will be back!
Wow first time there yesterday. I finally found a brewery that serves great food and has an awesome menu, had the burger and fries and it was great. Looking forward to going back and trying other things on the menu, oh and the beer was also fantastic.

My experience was excellent. The service was the best I've had anywhere in years. The staff went out of their way to do a great job. They even sat me upstairs where my date and I had the place to ourselves. I was there November 19, 2025 at 4p.m. I hope the managers read this because it was excellent. They have the service staff recipe. My compliments. The building is amazing too. Wow. Great job! Thank you. Kelly

We recently stopped at Long Timber Brewing on a drive between Eugene and Corvallis and were thoroughly impressed—it’s definitely worth the detour!
This brewery is a true gem, offering a surprisingly broad and delicious menu that goes well beyond standard pub fare. We had a great family meal that showcased their variety:
We started with the Pretzel Bites, which were a solid appetizer. For the main courses, everyone found something they loved. The Brisket Burrito was flavorful and hearty, packed with tender smoked meat that highlighted a real commitment to quality BBQ. We also enjoyed the comforting Chicken Parmesan and the perfectly executed Fish and Chips, which were crispy and fresh.
The food was solid across the board, and the relaxed brewery atmosphere makes it the perfect place to unwind and grab a quality meal. If you're traveling through the area, Long Timber Brewing is a fantastic, local stop with great beer and a diverse menu that truly delivers.
