Outstanding customer service! I was in desperate need of coffee on my way from Eugene to Corvallis and came upon this quaint shop. The barista was great and helpful in assisting me in my decision for coffee. I realized a little late that I forgot to ask for Almond Milk and she made me another coffee and offered for me to take the other. Made my day!

I drive through Monroe almost every day. I always stop at least once here. there were only two coffee companies in Lane County that I really enjoy just coffee, not a dome drink, just a breve or an Americano. this coffee shop is one of them. I look forward to my stop and I especially look forward to the coffee.

Went thru drive thru for coffee on road trip. The Barista was polite and cheerful. My drink was perfect. I did not have any food or ice cream.
The staff are friendly and very helpful. My wife and I had a negative experience with some teas we ordered, and the Silos crew was happy to fix the issue and ask how they could improve moving forward. Since then, the drinks have been fantastic. I have a long commute every day, and Silos gives me something to look forward to during my drive.
