Greasy spoon sausages all taste the same. Loads of cheese and ‘secret sauce’ ( ketchup, mayo, Siracha, blended) don’t help cover these culinary outrages. But if you enjoy paying high prices and being abused by staff, this is the restraint for you.
Every tourist town has a trap and this is a classic. Dried-out zombie sausages, bizarre concoctions slathered in mayo and thousand island dressing served lukewarm, and rude waitstaff and management to terrorize unsuspecting visitors. This ‘European -Bavarian’ stop was created by folks who previously operated a junk- food dive operation on the Oregon coast before they smelled opportunity and landed in Mt Angel.
