A great stop after a hike nearby! The brisket sandwich is a must try. It was super tender. They do have outdoor seating, which is great to enjoy and absorb the scenery.

This place is the bomb!!!! Every time I’m in town it’s a must stop. Has the sickest patio with an outside bar. Mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese + brisket is amazing. Highly recommend !

Great food and service
If you haven’t eaten BBQ while sitting in a giant bird cage, have you really lived? My wife and I rolled into Skyway Bar and Grill on our way to “Govy” for her birthday getaway—and they absolutely delivered. The BBQ was smoky, tender, and so good I nearly wept into my brisket. Special shout-out to the Mr. E BBQ sauce… no idea who Mr. E is, but I’d let him cater my last meal.
But the real magic? The outdoor seating. Imagine someone crossed a fairy garden with a rock ‘n’ roll backyard BBQ—that’s what you’re walking into. We got the bird cage table, which basically makes you feel like the most pampered parrots in Oregon. Pro tip: order extra sides—you’ll want something to nibble on while you soak in the vibe (and resist chirping at passersby).
Extras? Oh, they’ve got them. Live music that makes you want to two-step between bites, an outdoor bar serving summer vacation in a glass, and all of it tucked into the heart of the Mt. Hood National Forest. You’re basically eating world-class BBQ inside a postcard.
Bottom line: the food is fire, the atmosphere is chill, and if you snag the bird cage table, you may never want to leave the coop.

Literally just finished eating here, if you could call it that. Ordered the $30 BBQ sampler and got literally 1 piece of brisket and a scoop of pulled pork, plus dry ribs. This place is a tourist trap. Save your money and go elsewhere. No one needs flies on their food after 10 minutes of dining.
Love the brisket sandwiches and all the plants in the outdoor seating area.

Driest BBQ food I have ever had. They also only provided a single small cup of BBQ sauce which seems odd for a BBQ joint? Curious if it was just an off night or something. Wouldn't recommend based on my one experience. Atmosphere was great.

A little loud for me but it was Saturday night, I get it. They were out of pastrami, so I had a cheeseburger. A little greasy but very tasty - and for those who like sloppy sandwiches, the small bun didn't cover the burger. The service was great, and our group had a good time.

Checked this place out on a Monday night. It was quiet but I would love to come back when there is live music. The food was delicious and the staff were so friendly. And helpful! We got a good mix of all the meats. Everything we tried we said it was our favorite but if you had to make me say one, it would be the pulled pork. The seasonal vegetable was a cold beat salad that was awesome. Would love to go again!

Maybe the worst BBQ experience ever. It's why they have you pre-pay!
$24 brisket meal, with two sides in tiny bowls, served cold and maybe, MAYBE 4 oz. of meat.
$15.25 Ceasar with chicken ($5.25 extra) came with 2 oz of meat. Asked... that's the $5.25 portion!!
Locals might write the reviews? But, if your passing thru head to Welches... great Mexican Catina and Mallard's on the golf course much better food, drink, atmosphere.
