Went in to gamble and have a drink, and the bar tender never acknowledged me, even tho there wasn't anyone else in the bar. Physically went up to the bar to order a drink, and was ignored while the bar tender finished texting, then waited longer because a waitress from the restaurant side came in with a drink order for four, Mean while, neither of them have even acknowledged me. When she finally bothers with me, she's short, and I had to ask for a lime for my gin and tonic.

The food had a cafeteria taste about it. We waited 15 minutes before our order was taken then another 20 minutes before the food was brought to our table. Our table had some greasy film on it and there were bits of food left on the bench from the previous customer. Will not be going back.

Food was abysmal, my toddlers could cook better food. These people don't know how to cook at all. The service was worse than the food if possible. Lazy and poorly ran. Bad customer service. Rude, inexperienced people. Just about everything was filthy. The floor, tables, silverware. Plates, etc. This place is a walking food handlers nightmare. Shouldn't be opened to the public and an inspector needs to shut that place down.

Loved this place. Authentic like it should be. Verde Burrito is off the hook.

The food is always good! And the lounge has like a comfy, home like environment. It's small and cozy, lol.... and usually, the staff is pretty easygoing and nice, as well!Parking: There's not really a lot of places to park, but it is a pretty small place, so it's not like it really matters all that much anyway.Kid-friendliness: It's not a place you take your kids for them to have fun, but if you're just getting a bite before the park, which is across the street, then I'm pretty sure they'd be ok with it! Lol!Wheelchair accessibility: There is " a " spot for a handicap vehicle and a way to get in that does not have stairs.

Disappointing Mexican food but it'll get you by when trying to find a place late at night. Ordered a chalupa, chicken was seasoned and cooked well, the rest of the chalupa was a bit sad. Coworker ordered an enchilada and a tamale. Enchilada was good, tamale he took a bite of and was done with it. If you are a local you probably know what to order on the menu, if you are travelling through you roll the dice!

Hi. I have been going to this restaurant for over 15 years. it used to be in a smaller location a block.down the road. When we first went there we LOVED IT. the food was wonderful and plentiful and a good price. many things were included in your meal.price that made it wonderful.as you could ever wish for. The margaritas were not bad. not great, but worth the price. Then they moved up to the hotel. well things have really changed. the portion size has been cut in half. admittedly it may have been too big before. the goodie a that made it extra delicious like guacamole and sour cream are now offered at an extra charge. a BIG. extra charge. the fried jalapeño and green onion on the Carne azada plate are not offered at all at any price. the margaritas taste so watered down they are not worth the purchase at any price. they taste like watery lemonade at best. So we don't go much anymore. The last time we went, we thought we would try their small combination lunch plate. we found out it was the kids/ senior plate. we tried it anyway. we both got the chicken. enchiladas. it was not worth it. what we got was a plate of under seasoned rice and refried beans. in the middle of the plate was a rolled up sauce and cheese covered tortilla. inside the tortilla was DRY chicken. no moisture. No sauce. no nothing inside but dry chicken. It's sad. this place in its former location was packed all the time. you had to wait sometime and it was loud and busy and everyone left there full and with ledt overs enough for an extra meal to take home. Now in the new location it's dead alm the time and although the prices have gone up, both the quality and the quantity have gone down. I know the own we knows how to make great Mexican food. I hope she finds way to get her fare back to its former quality.

Absolutely horrific.. I ordered a taco salad. What I received was more like taco soup. It was served in the correct kind of shell however there was so much grease in it that it completely absorbed into the shell and leaked out all over my plate. I am honestly and not even sure if there was beef in it. It was liquid. Normally beef beans and cheese are not a liquid substance. The waitress did notice that my food was inedible, however instead of asking me what was wrong with it and if they could fix it they offered me a box and gave me a bill. Absolute insanity but it is okay to serve people this grotesque substance that you try to call food. At one point it may have actually been beef, however whatever was used to liquefy this is unacceptable and absolutely disgusting... The waitress was very nice except for ignoring the problems and pretending like they weren't there.
