I approached the front counter to place my order, and was directed to the kiosk for training. I told the person I wasn't interested in being trained at the kiosk, so she went to get the manager Jennifer, Jennifer informed me that if I didn't want to get trained on the kiosk that I could go somewhere else, have a nice holiday. These corporate businesses excel in shorting their work staff and eliminating jobs. I guess they're also not concerned with the business of public service either. Just order your food, eat and get the hell out, seems to be their new mantra

We don’t eat fast food very often, but when you drive a Tesla and you’re hungry while charging, sometimes you have to make compromises, LOL! This McDonald’s is probably one of the best my wife and I have ever been to. The restaurant was clean, our order was brought to our table, and the food was fresh and hot! If you need to eat and you have a craving for McDonald’s, give this place a visit, you won’t regret it!!!
The cashier had a sense of humor! Nice to have someone awake and friendly at a fast food place. But they were out of ice cream and that's why I went in there.

I walked up to make an order the young man is very polite you asked me if I like to play some order I said yes then you walk me over to the kiosk and I'm thinking great is he going to show me the kiosk and then I'm going to have to do it myself which I hate the kiosk I don't feel that they should be allowed in restaurants I think customer service is a big key to service. However I was wrong we got to the kiosk and he just took my order like it was a regular Minister and was very polite and funny and very very good customer service. Then a lady brought my food out to me and she's extremely polite and helpful hands down this is probably the best McDonald's per customer service I've ever been to. I'm 45 years old I've eaten a lot of different McDonald's for dinner 🍽️ in the staff here deserves to be recognized for the extremely excellent customer service. Whole experience was great normally most expenses are decent.
