Girlfriend ordered the new chicken strips at the drive through. Didn't check the box before getting home. Upon opening the box there were 3 chicken nuggets instead of chicken strips. Charged for chicken strips and included the chicken strip sauce. Haven't had anything like that happen at this mcdonalds in the past. But that's not accidental. Seems to me someone didnt feel like cooking the chicken strips.

Every time I go to the Tri-City McDonald’s they screw my order up. They screwed up every freaking time. I’m so sick of it. I don’t understand how goddamn hard it is to make a deluxe cheeseburger a quarter pounder with no pickles no onions every freaking time they screwed up either has onions or pickles on it or it has nothing on it

I approached the front counter to place my order, and was directed to the kiosk for training. I told the person I wasn't interested in being trained at the kiosk, so she went to get the manager Jennifer, Jennifer informed me that if I didn't want to get trained on the kiosk that I could go somewhere else, have a nice holiday. These corporate businesses excel in shorting their work staff and eliminating jobs. I guess they're also not concerned with the business of public service either. Just order your food, eat and get the hell out, seems to be their new mantra
