We don’t eat fast food very often, but when you drive a Tesla and you’re hungry while charging, sometimes you have to make compromises, LOL! This McDonald’s is probably one of the best my wife and I have ever been to. The restaurant was clean, our order was brought to our table, and the food was fresh and hot! If you need to eat and you have a craving for McDonald’s, give this place a visit, you won’t regret it!!!
I walked up to make an order the young man is very polite you asked me if I like to play some order I said yes then you walk me over to the kiosk and I'm thinking great is he going to show me the kiosk and then I'm going to have to do it myself which I hate the kiosk I don't feel that they should be allowed in restaurants I think customer service is a big key to service. However I was wrong we got to the kiosk and he just took my order like it was a regular Minister...
The drive thu hasn't been registering that there are vehicles waiting. The staff have no explanation or eta of a fix, but I have seen many, and I mean many people back out and leave over the last month. We end up backing up and going back through or calling out to the speaker until someone talks back to us. Food is usually fresh and hot and good. But this is a serious inconvenience, and I understand why people have been so upset.
