The food is usually always good but they are closed a lot.. I don't know if it's because they are short staffed or what but that's not an excuse because my wife even tried to get a job there and they said they weren't hiring.. it's 4:18 pm and every where it says they close at 10 pm..

Usually good service! The food is always good. They do have a person that likes to talk a little too much which is why the line was so long last time I went. If she would figure out how to talk & work at the same time she would be a great new employee

This place doesn’t only lack good customer service, but they don’t understand portions at all! I notice once in a blue moon there will be a good sandwich, but this has only happened once in the two years I have been here. The first mess up , I found a small bone in my rotisserie chicken. The second time, I ordered a roast beef sandwich I believe and it honestly ended up being a veggie. They put such little meat they act like it comes directly out of their paycheck. Today, once again, very very little meat. I’ve brought this to the franchise owners attention, she claimed she’d relay this back to her team, but nearly a year later and zero has changed nor was I even offered for my order to be made up for after speaking with her.They also don’t carry a lot of things that other subways do such as certain sauces and certain types of bread, if you order the bread toasted this is a foreign word because they only wait for the cheese to melt and your sandwich will be limp, they put very little meat a lot of the time, they’ve even forgotten avocado on my sandwich and instead of putting it on they put it on the side which of course the container popped open and got everywhere, BUT there is one employee. I can’t remember his name, but he consistently asked if this was fine, how much sauce we wanted, and really ensured the sandwich was to our liking rather than putting together a sandwich where the meat is not visible. If this place doesn’t get it together, they’ll probably be on the list of restaurants being sued for false advertisement. The sandwiches sold here have about 90% less meat than what’s shown. There are 1 or 2 very good, caring employees, but others don’t seem to care at all . If you don’t care about customer service, don’t understand portions and don’t care for food, stay out of the food industry ??‍♀️. This was the “roast beef” sandwich I ordered. Insane ! Too many mess ups so I decided to warn others in hopes they wouldn’t waste their money .

As soon as we started ordering the lady w the purple hair seemed so annoyed by our presence. She put 3 pieces of cheese on both of our 12in. her energy just gave off miserable. Our sandwiches were limpy and she didn't put any sticker to keep it shut. When i asked her to elaborate on something she looked at me like i was stupid and answered like i didn't know english. some people shouldn't work in customer service.
