We came for an afternoon tea, to celebrate our mom and two of her long time friends. We were greeted by Wendy, the owner, in a beautiful vintage, white, wedding style dress, who gave us our choice of tables/rooms. We were totally enchanted with the white wedding room! Our Queen’s Tea was a feast for both our stomachs and our eyes! The food amazing, as was the attention to detail. The food just kept coming! Our favorites were her ginger lemon scones and the little quiches. We highly recommend taking time to visit Wendy and her beautiful tea room. The next time, we plan on booking her Bed and Breakfast.

Charming bed and breakfast with lovely hostess. Highly decorated and interesting with a sumptuous breakfast. The bed, however, was severely lacking and merits a star deduction. We both slept poorly on what felt like memory foam pads. This place was a nice diversion on our travels south but probably won't return because of the mattress.

This was my first B & B experience. I think I've been spoiled, it will take a lot for another to top this ! The rooms are expertly appointed with antiques and comfortable seating. Bedrooms are spacious and gathering spaces are cozy and comfy. The five course breakfast was gourmet.Wendy the owner and host is so gracious and personable.I booked a second stay before I left. You will not be disappointed if you stay !Rooms: There is nothing missing from any roomNearby activities: Seven Feathers Casino is only 6 miles away, there are many Vineyards within 20 miles. Golf course close and Wildlife safari is not far.Safety: Very safe, the police department just happens to be across the street, though it would be safe if it weren't.

Oh my gosh we absolutely LOVED this place and will be back for sure. We got the queens tea and all the food was amazing and the room we sat in was a plant lovers dream! There are themed tea rooms and it’s an absolute delight. Even my husband loved the experience. The owner has really outdone themself with the decor and gardens and food. If you want to get all dressed up to go to tea there’s no better place to do it!

What a journey back in time! Victorian charm & fussiness all the way. Comfy beds, enough A/C. We stayed there Aug. 12th & 13th... access to an open kitchen & dining area mainly for guests, a little reading room balcony, and our Room - Victorian all the way - even the elaborate breakfast was Victorian in style with rather "Victorian" food verging on gourmet - and often with flowers adorning your delicious dish!Lovely Owner/Hostess, Wendy... She will tell some about the history of the area up to the present day. The Painted Lady B&B adds immeasurably to this tiny Oregon town of Myrtle Creek sitting in some luscious Nature!Rooms: Darling rooms. Shower/Ɓath & Vanity good. Food - see what I wrote above. All food was good. And U could prepare your own lunch, dinner, or snacks. Sumptious breakfast provided. The small town is very walkable and there is a lovely park nearby.Walkability: See above.Food & drinks: See above.

The historical presence of the Home is amazing. And the decorations and furnishings are spot on for the time Period. With historical knickknacks and memorabilia scattered throughout, it's an adventure just exploring the home. Wonderful Wendi, always welcoming, encourages you to do so. Her service has been exceptional every day. Every need is met to the best ability possible. Our hostess was extremely pleasant, sociable, and highly interactive with all groups at her home, without being hovering at all. It was a true pleasure to be in her presence. Now comes the good part--the food--OMG, you will not find better food for over 100 miles! A five course delicious breakfast comes with a smile on her face, promptly at 8 AM. Don't miss it! Apple crumb turnover, quiche, and sausage, scones from scratch, fruit cups, fresh coffee... have any special needs? she will accommodate, vegetarian, lactose intolerant, etc. That was just one day's breakfast. The first day was steak and eggs, fresh fruit cups, two types of scones, coffee, etc. All of us left the table, holding our stomachs thinking, "that was fabulous." I highly recommend this location to anyone who is traveling through, to, or even past the town of Myrtle Creek. Five star rated, without reservation! I wish we could give six. Enjoy.

We were there for the High Tea. It was fabulous! We've tried other places that do High Tea and this one is the best.

Stayed here one night in the Minnie room. This is a very special place! Great atmosphere and very spacious. Amazing ambiance with succulent plants and beautiful fun antiques decorating every nook. Loved the breakfast, it was fantastic in every way. Wendy was a lovely hostess, sweet and chill and thoughtful but not at all overbearing. Thanks for an amazing stay!

What an amazing tea room! The food was exceptional! We came for the Queens tea to celebrate a bachelorette. They have cute hats, bridal veils and jewelry to put on if you'd like to get a little fancy! They have a closet of dresses if you have any little princess inbuoir, which is adorable. You could spend hours in there looking at all the decor. She also sells a lot of cool items some vintage some new. We had a black tea and a black tea with a hint of vanilla both were good but I preferred the vanilla it was delicious! You start out with scones which were really soft and flavorful. The next course we're the sandwiches; curry chicken salad, roast beef and the classic cucumber. All three were tasty my favorite was the cucumber. It also came with chocolate dipped fruit, yum. Then if that were enough, the desserts came. Cookies and cream cheese and a strawberry cake, I was full but had to try them both!
