Kendra's River Inn Food & Lodging

We stayed the weekend in their River View room while we were at the coast for a wedding. Kendra was a great hostess. Warm, fun, and inviting. I appreciated her attention to masking and COVID restrictions. Made us feel safer there. While there, I needed to do a presentation online, and their wifi was excellent. Breakfast was also Deeelicious. Morning 1: Belgian waffle heaped with fresh fruit, bacon on the side and OJ. Yummy! Morning 2: Baked oatmeal with whipped butter and OJ. Perfect send off.

Very good steak and salad. Frank Sinatra could have eaten here on a regular basis. Cool atmosphere very personal.

My husband and I took friends to Kendra's River Inn last night for dinner. Kendra was friendly and fun she even took us on a tour of some rooms. and then we sat down to the best meal I think I've ever had. needless to say my husband and I will be recommending Kendra's to customers and Friends in the future.

Friendly, helpful, staff, excellent food

The food was not as great as expected and the margaritas were very weak. However, everything seemed fresh and that was good.

We have gone past Kendra's a thousand times and never stopped until tonight. One word make that two words"ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL" The service was nice and friendly. The food was the best we have had from Garibaldi up to Seaside. if you are anywhere near wheeler and Nehalem Kendra's is a must stop.. Very unique and wonderful food. The clam chowder is the best we have ever had. I wish we would have ate there sooner!

Extremely good service. The staff treats you like old friends. The food was amazing. We had never had steamed clams and we are so glad they encouraged us to try. My husband had the fish and chips while I had the salmon caesar salad. We were both members of the clean plate club. Every bite was delectable. A tantalizing experience for our taste buds. We never order dessert but we did. My husband had a root beer float. The biggest we have ever seen. He devoured it. I had the carrot cake which I took 2 bites of and had to stop because I was so full. They gave me a to go box and I ate it first thing the next morning. We have traveled to 48 states and Kendras cooking and hospitality is that of a 5 star resort. Best of the best. Highly recommend!
