What a gem! Great staff and vibe, really friendly people. The food was incredible too, and we are travelling foodies! The elk burger was perfectly cooked and served on the freshest bun and with crispy tater tots. The popcorn shrimp was perfectly breaded and meaty. They have pool tables and they had the playoffs on! Definitely get dinner here if you’re in the area.
The restaurant was clean, there was live music which added to the appeal. The food was decent, on a Tuesday it was one of the ONLY places open. Had cod tacos, they were not flaky and a pretty overcooked. The bang bang shrimp wrap was pretty good. It's a nice bar though. And I did see that they have a designated area for pets on the patio. So they are dog-friendly!
I marked the service as a two, but the staff was wonderful. I gave it that score only because it took approximately an hour to get our food (which was great). With that said, there is a sign that says they are slow to serve, we just did not think it would be THAT slow. As long as you manage your expectations, you will be fine. We will be back (we just might have a snack beforehand).
