I highly recommend.
I live nearby so I’ve stopped in for several different meals, and overall I highly recommend La Loteria. I grew up in TX and have been very disappointed by the other Mexican restaurant nearby, so I am thrilled. My favorite items are the shrimp tacos, grilled fish tacos, and the carnitas burrito. The red sauce is smoky with a perfect amount of heat.
