FREQUENT mistakes. I rarely get an order where everything is right. burgers are frequently undercooked/still pink. Management doesn't care and is unapologetic and unresponsive. When we spoke to the manager with our most recent bad experience tonight, she said "it was just an honest mistake" and when we asked for her name, she hung up! We tried to call back multiple times and they didn't pick up!

Wyatt was incredibly friendly, patient and helpful. We had a $37 order and made several changes and odd requests and he was not at all annoyed with us and got the order correct. When we paid, he was friendly and personable and made it a really pleasant experience. McDonalds is lucky to have him!!!
