okay I go to starbucks an unhealthy amount lol to the point where i know that the way they make my drink here is perfect, they make it perfect every time actually! which is different than what I could say about others in the area. the way they go all out for their customers (the drawings on the cup make my day) and just their overall happy attitude is infectious! you can tell they have good work ethic and want to their best for their customers. The only starbucks I go to in the area!

Literally panhandling and begging for a tip every single time anybody drives through to buy a $5 coffee is crazy. Starbucks just paid its CEO almost $100 million in four months. They should be able to pay their workers enough money to where they’re not panhandling for tips and begging every single customer that comes through the line for extra money on top of the already ridiculously expensive and overpriced coffee…

I was down and out and couldn’t afford my drink when I came through the drive through my card apparently had insufficient funds and I don’t know that until after I had order and was at the counter and this wonderful worker she was so nice and let me keep my drink even though I had no money a think her name was Anita or something sorry if I forgot your name fully it’s been a long weekend for me and I am disabled anyway had a bad day and this wonderful worker made my day better with her kindness and helping me out and wanted to let everyone know that there’s still compassionate people and she’s one of them! So great customer service and would recommend going there!!!

I’m so mad I ordered iced brown sugar, oat milk, shaken espresso, With only one shot of brown sugar syrup and line the cup with caramel what they did was poor espresso over ice and added cinnamon it was so bitter my whole face sucked in Never going to order from there again! The first pic I didn’t drink out of it yet that’s how it came disgusting!

Near my new neighborhood, went in and asked for a latte and got a venti cup half filled, once I asked for more milk, staff were understanding and quickly filled my cup with a smile (: plenty of room to socialize or do computer work
Average Starbucks experience and was served quickly and correctly! The staff are doing the best that they can. I was served by Alena and she was the sweetest and I could tell she was working super hard to do a good job.

This is a good Starbucks location. Good baristas, good food, nice clean building and interior. The drive thru is a tight squeeze. If you have a full size suv or pickup, you might just want to go Inside to order or pick another drive thru location. Judging by the multicolored paint smudges on the yellow wall, others could have used this advice much sooner than it's being provided.

First time I tried this Starbucks, I rarely go to any other one around here in Oregon. I'm kinda picky on who makes my coffee and I'm super glad I gave this place a try several months ago. The manager (I think he is) has ALWAYS been very welcoming and super sweet when working drive thru). Along with all the rest of the employees I've gotten to know at this starbucks!! All of you guys do a great job!! No complaints whatsoever.
Vegetarian options: They have a couple options on menu. I am a pescatarian and havent had any issue finding food or drinks here. It's all pretty explanatory for the most part on menu.

I am usually greeted in just about any Starbucks that I go to with a friendly and cheerful barista. Yesterday in the drive thru in Oak Grove I encountered the single most rude and unfriendly barista of all times. Her tag read “Sky”. She handed me my drink and my sandwich then proceeded to shove the unit to pay at me. When I said I couldn’t read it (a combination of sun and no bifocals in my driving glasses) she didn’t explain what was on the screen just shoved it at me further. I touched something and it took my card. I found out later it was asking me for a tip. We all have bad days. But sometimes we need to be called on it.
