Tonight we went into Wingstop & had the kindest customer service while we were trying to make some tough decisions. We both needed & appreciate that.

If they mess up your delivery they won't offer a refund or re-delivery. They'll offer in store credit or tell you to come and get a replacement. But if you get so furious about that they have to ask you to calm down they'll settle on maybe giving you a refund in the next 7 business days.
I'm still angry the next day and haven't gotten my credit yet. I don't feel like that's a good deal for either me or the unfortunate employees on the other end of the phone.

Nasty fries now. They used to good handcut fresh fries. Now its some frozen bagged garbage. Won't be coming back until the fries are changed.

We ordered from them for the Super Bowl I'm assuming they had just opened they were fast and courteous and took the order over the phone, we had no issues with the food and everything was cooked perfectly we absolutely loved the barbecue wings. I do have to say the fries weren't anything special, maybe they were just you know the average Wingstop fries but I've never had it before so I can't tell. Overall it's definitely worth the price for what we got, it was the 30 Wings pack with the fries and sauce and it came out to about $40 with drinks, not super amazing but for the general area it's fine for the amount.

Dry, Dry, Dry. Ordered regular, lemon pepper, and garlic parmesan bone in wings. The regular was so dry my grandson couldn't eat them. The others were a little over cooked. What a waste of money.

Friendly and welcoming experience, great service at the counter and food was delicious.
Came to this location & ordered a 10 piece combo. I waited about 3 minutes, with no one in line, for the guy to stop talking to his co worker & take my order. Food was made fast but my fries had so much salt they were not edible. Tried to wipe off the salt but they were still too salty, only a rinse in the sink would have removed enough salt to keep me from getting high blood pressure, so inedible. Chicken was good though.
