I know the owner/manager likes to respond so here we go. We walked in. Odd atmosphere but all good. Waitress was very nice. Best case scenario…we paid for the chips and sodas and walked out. Very limited options, didn’t have this and didn’t have that. Don’t serve flour tortillas with fajita dinner or any dinners when the menu says you can ask for them. No fried/hard tacos. I mean come on. Be an actual Mexican restaurant. Went to Mazatlan and got everything we want and more. If you can’t compete you must accept defeat!

? Best Mexican food in Oakridge by far! The specials are always on point. My favorite is the Chicken Empanadas ? (with the verde salsa) on the side ?
My dad and I both liked our food but we had to wait nearly 45 minutes for it to arriveVegetarian options: The vegetarian bowl was good

Holy smokes, what a gem of a restaurant. Old episodes of Top Gear on the big screen, and lick-your-plate good food!My dad and I stopped for the night in Oakridge, decided to try Miguel's for dinner, and WOW. We chose wisely. Awesome tortilla chips and tomatillo salsa to start, I had one sope, a couple birria tacos, and a cup of consommé. My dad had empanadas and the consommé as well. I can't remember eating a better sope, and the birria tacos dripping with consommé were incredible. Thankfully there was enough background noise to conceal my incessant "yummmm" humming while I ate. So rich, so flavorful, so tender, just perfection on a plate. That consommé is pure nourishment for the soul.We caught the tail end of their service hours so I got to shake the chef's hand once he'd hung up his apron for the night. He was kind enough to chat with us for a few minutes while we finished eating, too. I asked, but sadly there's no room for rent near the kitchen. Dang!I drive through Oakridge on nearly every Seattle-Reno road trip, and I'm going to stop here every single time from now on.

The service was great. However, in my opinion, the food lacks in that authentic Mexican flavor that I grew up with from Mexico in southern

Greeted with chips and green salsa. Authentic birra tacos and large "small" burrito. Yum! Prices are good, too. The place was almost at full capacity which is a good thing. Hope this place is here to stay.

The food was amazing and the staff and owners were exceptionally kind. They brought out samples of their food after hearing we had such a terrible day. Absolutely stop! It's family run, the Carne asada is the best I've ever had.

Great little stop after a weekend of camping. Extensive menu with some good flavors! I wish they had some hot sauces to go with the burrito.
