I was just went to subway. Saw new management thought I would check it out! I asked the wonderful girl Anna I think is her name. If I could do the 50% off coupon. She said yeah you just have to do it online. I said ok, can I do it online while I'm in the store she said yeah absolutely! So I did when I was done. I told her the one order wouldn't let me modify my veggies and pick which ones I wanted to add. I asked her if I could tell her what veggies I wanted to add to my sandwich! She said yeah thats totally fine. So as she was making it. THE MANAGER SAID! ANNA YOUR NOT SUPPOSE TO CHANGE THE ONLINE ORDERS YOU DO IT AS IT SAYS ON THE ORDER. I said im sorry I didn't know I couldn't add veggies to my sandwich. That I couldn't add online. I said im not adding anything that cost extra money! The poor little girl that was working you could tell she was upset by her manager belittling her infant of a customer! I told her I was so sorry I wasn't trying to get her in trouble! She said your fine. I asked the manager as I left if I tipped Anna would she get it or would she have to split it with her manager. She said yes Anna could receive the tip! So I tipped her, but due to the mean manager I won't be back to the oakridge subway! That's not how you treat employees infront of customers especially a young girl that looks like it's her first job. I've been a manager before and that was very unprofessional of the manager.

This is a typical Subway but happens to be on our way to the west side of Oregon frequently. Since it's just a typical Subway it's hard to say a whole lot more about it except that the people are friendly the food is typical (of a Subway) good and it's in a place we almost always stop at for lunch. Recommended!

I always stop here when visiting with my son and the staff is always friendly and have smiles on their faces!
So the other day my husband goes in and get our sandwich ordered stated he wanted spinach on his sandwich 3 times and she didn't do it. Also didn't label the sandwiches and had the tomatoes half way off the sandwich. Then today I go in wanting the Buffalo chicken they didn't have it so I asked for the sweet teriyaki chicken and onion as well as husband wanted oven roasted chicken. She said sorry it isn't prepped I said would you be able to prep it if I waited she said yeah just let me finish up the other customers and I'll get to yours. I wait 10 minutes she asks me if I wanted 2 of the sweet teriyaki chicken and onion I said no 1 teriyaki chicken and 1 oven roasted chicken breast she cut me me off and ran to the back before I finished saying it. Then I wait another 10 minutes and she comes out and tells me you wanted this and said something totally opposite of what I asked for I said I wanted the teriyaki chicken she said oh that's frozen and sorry I didn't hear you. I'm like but you repeated exactly what I wanted before prepping the meat so how could you not hear me. They need to figure out better ways of service. We only have 2 fast food restraunts here and making sandwiches is not this hard.
