The people working at this establishment seem like they are stupid, and tonight, when my order came home did not help their case. Tonight, I had my husband go and get dinner for my family of 4, and half of the food ordered was wrong. We ordered a 5-piece chicken tender meal and received 5 small chicken nuggets. We ordered a 10-piece mini corn dog, and got 4 mini corn dogs at the bottom of the bag, not even in a packaging of their own. We ordered an original bacon burger with no tomatoes and got a burger without bacon and with tomato. We were not given a receipt either. I will be calling the store in the morning to speak to a manager because this is absolutely ridiculous. This was the second time going to this location, and the first time we were given the wrong order, with nothing we ordered inside the bag, and when we went back to have it corrected, the staff was rude and aggressive. The employees need to slow down, be kind and courteous, learn how to properly behave while working in a customer service job and make the right damn food for the right people. Absolutely ridiculous.

It’s an A&W attached to a KFC. It’s relatively clean, food was ok. There are dispensaries nearby and a bowling alley.
Listen up A&W Ontario Oregon some people don't like pickles so when someone says no pickles listen next time.

I love A&W but this year it seems too have really gone down hill. I went tonight and had friendly staff but the food was poor quality. Chicken nuggets were cold and dried out, fries cold and had found an old over cooked cheese curd in my box. Asked for fry suce and was given Ranch.

TERRIBLE DRIVE THRU SERVICE! Was asked to pull around due to order not ready. No one ever came out with my order and other cars that went through after me left with their orders. Went inside and had left receipt in car. Wanted my order number. Had to describe food. Bag was sitting right by cashier that was delivered to me!
