My experience of A&W in nyssa oregon wasn't good. First price you pat for your food is not worth it. We called our order in. Went to the window to pick it up they didn't have it ready. We ordered milk shakes. Wich wasn't even made. So we got food but shakes weren't ready had to wait a total of 20 min getting shakes. Food was cold fries were hard and shakes was runny with carmel on top that was it. That place is going down hill. It use to be good but no more. Plus staff is a bunch of teenagers working there. That's OK but train staff better. Boss in there is incompetent.

Employees should be ready to work when the restaurant opens. Opens at 10:30 and we showed up at the drive-thru at 10:45 with nobody ahead of us in line and had to wait before our order was taken. You need to hire kids that have some work ethic which I know is hard to do these days but that cost you a paying customer.

For someone with dietary restrictions. They went out of their way. No cheese, no onions, no salt on my season fries. No special sauce, just a dab of mustard and mayo, It was perfect... made my day.THANK YOU

The food was classic and dependably delicious!The service however was an absolute train wreck, no one in this building seems to know how to do any job let alone their own job. The entire lobby was filled with people waiting for their food while dozens of orders went out through the drive-thru and pick up.They couldn't figure out how to call people in the building for their food, they gave no utensils or plates to anyone and were utterly oblivious to the needs and frustration of the customer.Do not go in!!
