Gave me a Dr. Pepper that tasted like just carbonated water, took almost 30 minutes to bring me my food, & then forgot the sauces saying I told them I didn't want any, even though he went through the sauces with me & I chose 2 of them. Get your crap together

This location asks every single car to pull around and wait in the parking lot just to keep their drive through looking clear. Someone waiting ahead of me got their food after i had been waiting for a while. Seems dishonest.

The staff were standing around on their phones, I had to ask if they were open and the girl had to go ask someone. They started playing rap music very loud from the back. One kid was talking about how he's gonna get some later tonight. I waited 20 minutes for 4 beef sandwiches. Very unprofessional customer service.

Went there for a sandwich and they had a sign that said they would give you a free sandwich if you downloaded the app once I downloaded the app it said that I could not redeem the sandwich at that location and when I showed it to them they would not honor the sign that said free sandwich so I refuse to spend my money there if you're not going to honor your sign and have good customer service I don't believe that you're worth my harder money and you should take your sign down

Got a beer and cheddar well no cheddar on it. Asked for horsey sauce guess what none in the bag . No napkins. This is ridiculous. Never again will I go there.
