I think it's ridiculous how they pad their numbers in the drive thru by making customers pull around to the front while waiting on fries and there's no one behind me. Why have timers if they aren't real numbrrs?!?!

Every time the green haired manager is working, the place is a mess. Catsup and soda station, as well as the bathrooms. Buns aren't toasted and customer service is minimal. The only thing she hates more than her job is people.

Ordered a single whopper jr, they made me pull around the front and wait over 30 minutes while cars backed up behind me so I couldn't leave because they were backed up so much.
To mgmt: understand that the drive thru conveniently represents a queue that you are servicing, if you start to pile cars into parking you not only lose track of the queue but service suffers as people wait for unknown amounts of time literally trapped by the shape of your drive thru and parking area. Either close the drive thru when you get terribly busy, or don't have people pull around and let the drive thru area do its job.

For months I didn’t eat here cause they always make mistakes and then act like it’s the customer lying. I should have stayed away. I got 2 classic wraps and a fry. The fries had so much salt I had to put them in a strainer and shake them to get as much salt off as I could. The wraps didn’t have any sauce, the chicken was inedible. I couldn’t even bite through it. There was a really hard long piece on the chicken, and also no lettuce.So tired of giving money to businesses that don’t even do the bare minimum of making sure the food is at least edible. YUCK!

I love bk. But not this one! Do not go here unless you want food poisoning. No wonder there was no line here but a 20 car line at McDonald’s 😭 and the customer service. Not friendly in the slightest. I didn’t even eat the luke warm nuggets they gave me! Avoid this place!!

I very rarely eat out anymore. But I got to craving a Whopper. Pulled into the drive through and saw “Double Texas Whopper.” Couldn’t resist, and I wasn’t disappointed. Quick delivery. Probably the best burger I’ve ever eaten. But too juicy to eat in a car. A little too much mustard. Messy. What?!! No napkins?!! Why would anyone serve a juicy sandwich to people at a drive through window and not put at least two napkins in the bag?! Amazing service…
