They mess up your order and claim they don't know how to give a refund and half to call someone at home 30 minutes wasted

Really everything was good. But they just remodeled the restaurant, and now they have the computers that you're supposed to put in you're own order, rather than tell your order to a human. And now they added a wall that blocks the view of the kitchen. I prefer to be able to see my food prepared. All and all, it's fine. But it was better before they remodeled.

This is the 3rd time we've ordered from here and they've forgot 1 of our sides, in addition with this order specifically we ordered 2 burgers with onion rings and got a single ring, and ordered 2 cheeses on a single burger and only got 1, we paid for all the extra items but were either skipped out on or not received, I do like burger king but the continuous forgetfulness is saddening

My husband had come in and asked for manager to speak to he stood there five minutes knowing you saw him , treated him like he was nothing, But if I myself come in I get treated differently because am Hispanic that's not right we will not be coming back

Why is the music in the lobby soooo loud? And it’s like burning hot in between the drink machines.
Do not recommend got the food pretty fast but they messed up on my entire order forgot most of my food the food was cold besides the onion rings

New renovation is amazing! Super clean modern look while still keeping the play area. Kiosks are fast and easy. Staff is friendly and you can still place an order with someone 10/10 recommend!
